60-68Electric power installation of a special self-propelled rolling stock used in the power supply divisions is considered in the paper; the expediency of its use for the analysis of the main energy indices, in particular, the evaluation of the efficiency of electro-hydro-mechanical units at separate and joint operation, is shown. To assess the energy efficiency, an integrated efficiency factor has been proposed that allows to account the energy parameters of electrical installations operating in various modes. Recommendations have been given to increase the power factor of electrical installations. -

83-91The factors affecting the operational reliability of the assembly platform of a rail service car maintaining the repair and installation on the railways are considered in the paper. An assessment and analysis of a system of quantitative indices of reliability is performed, the methods for their separate determination by mechanical equipment and hydro and electrical equipment is described. The strategy of maintenance and repair combined with the use of methods and means of a modern diagnostic system is considered; it ensures the estimation of the object reliability during its design, operation and repair. -

109-118The algorithm of constructing the confidence interval of the model estimating the reliability of liner-tamping-straightening machines. The basis for assessing the reliability of transport-technological process initiated the concept of reliability, as the probability of reaching a liner-tamping-straightening machines ultimate goal in the manufacture of track work. One of the main factors reliability of track machines is the utilization of their time and availability to work. The guidelines are outdated factor data used during the working time that must be updated, as the machines are constantly being improved. According to the results of field testing of the liner-tamping-straightening machines was established database of values of the coefficients of availability and utilization over time. The data base values were recorded, the last two stages of verification: logical and mathematical. In the article the example of constructing a confidence interval values of the coefficient of use of time depending on the complex index of reliability: availability. To create the model formed the sample values from the database. After sampling in accordance with GOST R 8.736-2011 State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. The direct measurement repeated. Methods of processing the results of measurements were tested for their adherence to the law of normal distribution using the goodness of fit Pearson. Then built a model of the utilization of time depending on the availability liner-tamping-straightening machines (regression equation) and the confidence interval of the model. The proposed model works liner-tamping-straightening machines allow us to predict the main complex organizational and technological performance of a specific machine at the design stage of technological processes of track work. This method is versatile and can be used to assess the technical reliability of any machine systems, complete sets and individual cars. -

122-130Article is devoted to production and occupational exposure to «biological factor» for workers оf railway transport. Purpose - improving the system of occupational safety in railway transport under the influence of workers pathogenic organisms. To identify gaps in the system of assessment «biological factor» has been studied Russian normative documentation for a special assessment of working conditions and carried out long-term work on hygienic assessment of working conditions. The article defines the term «biological factor», justify the need for of risk assessment of the harmful factor, expand the list of sources and professional group of railway workers potentially exposed to «biological factor». In this article presents a device for protection and prophylaxis railway workers from biological factor. The principle of operation of the device is based on the integrated use of methods of ultrasonic treatment and ionization to disinfect the indoor air of railway stations, bus stations, subway stations. According to the results of studying the Russian regulatory documentation in the transportation of dangerous goods by railway, identified the main problems and their solutions, in terms of biological safety: formulated the term «biologically dangerous goods»; the necessity of creating a class or sub-class «biologically dangerous goods» and its implementation in the existing rules; developed a simple list of «biologically dangerous goods»; the possibility of the impact of these goods on railway workers. -

141-150The article deals with the issues of analysis and risk assessment of the operation of the logistics infrastructure of Russian Railways. The relevance of the article is determined by the practical orientation and significance of the issue relevant to the operation of the facilities of JSC “Russian Railways”. The aim of the article is to develop a risk assessment algorithm based on the statistics available to JSCo Russian Railways. The subject of research is the risks arising during operation. The object is the logistics infrastructure of Russian Railways. An analysis approach is considered and a risk analysis algorithm is proposed taking into account the specifics of the operation of logistics facilities using statistical and expert assessments.
