35-42The analysis of the operational efficiency of freight cars circulating on the Russian railways, shows a lack of basic truck models 18-100 and its modifications and foreign counterparts. We propose a method for increasing the efficiency of the dynamic properties of the freight car with a cart, which has a new design of spring suspension, based on the principle of compensation of external disturbances and presented its advantages. -

59-69The purpose of this article is to create mathematical models for a comprehensive assessment of the quality of repairs of collector-brush assembly drive motor vehicles, including an assessment of mechanical and switching components. The objectives of this study are to determine the linguistic variables based on the generated set of diagnostic features, including "beating of the working surface of the collector", "RMS heights collector lamellae", "amplitude of the first harmonic component of the profile of the collector", "the amplitude of the second harmonic component of the profile of the collector" "RMS heights collector slat excluding the first and second harmonic components", "minimum value of the second derivative of the profile of the collector function", "standard deviation of the second derivative of the profile of the reservoir function," "effective value of the higher harmonic components of the collector profile features" that have the greatest diagnostic value and determination of their membership functions, as well as the definition of the complex index of quality of repair and its components: complex index of quality of machining and integrated commutation quality index in the collector-brush unit of the traction motor. Solution of tasks performed using the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic through the use of statistical processing of the results of these pilot studies and the calculation of the diagnostic value of the measured and calculated parameters. As a result of the research formed the mathematical model of quality repair in the space of selected features using the apparatus of fuzzy logic for calculating the value of the proposed integrated indicators for arbitrary values of diagnostic parameters. The results may be used to control the quality of repairs of collector-brush assembly of traction motors of the rolling stock. -

86-96The globalization of world economic processes poses challenges for the international transport corridors (ITC) development and their sections as part of national transport systems. The tariff policy and regulatory environment of the transportation process form the institutional prerequisites and cargo base of the ITC, which can become a barrier or driver of its development. The purpose of the work is assess the transport corridor development potential and increase the attractiveness of the ITC by using multimodal transportation schemes to attract cargo flows (including export) from related directions. The paper provides an analysis and development of methods for assessing the prospective transport corridor cargo base in the conditions of competition between enterprises of transport modes, taking into account the national transport network configuration. The article presents a method for assessing the cargo base in the conditions of monomodal and multimodal transportation based on logistics principles-reducing the time and cost parameters of the transportation organization scheme. The possibilities of transport modes integrative development are show in the zone of gravity of the transport corridor due to the transport in multimodal transport organization. The geographical Russian Federation «transit» location on the Eurasian continent opens up wide opportunities for the convergence of the European and Asian countries economies through the development of the ITC that runs through our territory. The article considers the prospects for the ITC «North-South» development, which depend on geopolitical and infrastructural (technological) factors. The technological factor relate to such problems of the Russian transport system as the congestion of infrastructure at the approaches to the ports of the Azov-black sea basin, the Moscow-Likhaya-Rostov-on-don-Krasnodar railway, etc., which directly affect the potential of the transport corridor. A graphical diagram present main railway and automobile communications of the ITC «North - South» and road network with distances for tariff calculations. -

143-154In this article the tasks of simulation of flows on the railways are discussed. The main purpose of this work is to create a new simulation technology such a complex system as the rail network. Scientific novelty consists in the application of a combination of agent-based and discrete-event approaches in a given subject area. During the conducted study the models of behavior of agents were created, the problematic situation was highlighted and discrete-event part of the model was developed for this situation. The main categories of regular and emergency situations are analyzed, a list of situations for modelling are created. Choices for removal emergency situations were discussed, an algorithm for their processing (discrete-event part of the model) was chosen. An illustration of the study is a simulation model of the railway section of the West-Siberian railway with the possibility of rebuilding the train schedule, which depend on the addition of regular or emergency situation. As a result of the simulation, output such as a traffic graph and an information table are generated. There are plans to use new technology for creating model of "transport hub”.
