2-8Abstact. During automated rheostat tests of locomotives itʹs necessary to control a lot of parameters of the diesel generator set and support systems. Due to the features of perception of the information by human the control is brought to the observation of a small number of parameters. Implementation in practice of rheostat tests of automated systems of inspection and testing allowed to expand the amount of received information. In this article is offered using automated control systems of diesel-generator sets parameters during rheostat tests which allow to accumulate and analyze test date using developed protocols forms and pivot tables with parameters in entire range of loads, also it helps to determine the quantitative index of a technical condition of diesel-generator set. -

35-43System of preventive maintenance and maintenance of the operable condition of the traction rolling stock. The subject of a global study of failures of traction motors in the event of a breakdown on the territory of the service locomotive depot «Dalnevostochnoye» and «Primorskoye» for 2019. The purpose of the study is to determine the possible norms of overhaul runs for the considered node in order to achieve the optimal number of locomotive calls for unscheduled repairs. In the work, the correct law of distribution of traction motor (TED) failures, the determination of the Sturgess, Pearson coefficients and other methods of mathematical statistics and the theory of justification of systems. The article defines an element that limits the norms of overhaul runs of traction motors; the theoretical distribution of traction motor failures due to a decrease in the insulation resistance of its windings has been obtained. As part of the study, the optimization of the norms of overhaul runs was carried out according to the conditions for conducting maintenance regarding the traction motor. As a result of the analysis of the causes of failures, it was found that more cases of placing locomotives for unscheduled repairs occur in the first mileage interval of locomotives due to poor quality diagnostics at TR-1 upon measuring the resistance of the insulation windings. Most of the failures occurring in the first period of operation are not associated with a change in the reliability of the considered node. When considering two normal peaks of failures, falling on the operating time intervals 14-21 and 28-35, the necessity of optimizing the norms of overhaul runs is determined. 44-52The article presents the results of the research conducted by the authors, the purpose of which was to development a model for recognizing defects in axle caps of a wheel-motor block of a locomotive in order to implement automatic advance notification of management structures about the need for maintenance or repair operations to eliminate defects at an early stage of their occurrence. The research used the following interdisciplinary and mathematical methods: computer and mathematical modeling, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of the theory of artificial intelligence and parametric reliability. As a result of the research, a mathematical formalization of the model for recognizing one of the defects in the axle caps of the wheel-motor block of the locomotive - the groove (chipping) of the babbitt layer was obtained. With the help of the obtained model, it is possible to implement automatic recognition of defects, pre-failure states not only of axle caps, but also of other units of technical systems. The developed model can be used in monitoring systems, control, diagnostics of the technical condition of the locomotive fleet, in order to reduce downtime in repairs and forced costs for scheduled operations. The proposed model solves the range of problems described in the development concept of JSCo Russian Railways associated with the implementation of the actual repair system for the current technical condition of the locomotive, as well as with the digitalization of the company's advanced areas. -

57-67In the article the finite element model of the electrical contact pin wire - collector strip, which takes into account the complex interaction of electric and thermal processes. As the contact wire is selected worn MF-100, the current collection plate - two brands VJZ-metal and graphite. Microgeometry the body surface at the contact point is obtained based on the model of Greenwood - Williamson. It was considered the two extreme cases of possible contact between the contact wire to the plate. The results were analyzed and compared with the known experimental data. Calculated at what proportions contact force and contact current due to burnout occurs spark or arc. Identify ways to improve the model. -

72-83The goal of the research is to development of a synchronous-replicated model for the assessment of the technical state of a locomotive as a technical system to reduce the occurrence of failures during operation, and as a result, reduce downtime in repairs. When performing the research, the following interdisciplinary and mathematical methods were used: system analysis, computer and mathematical modeling, methods of the theory of artificial neural networks, mathematical analysis. As a result of the research, a mathematical synchronously replicated model for assessing the technical condition of a locomotive based on an artificial multilayer forecasting neural network was obtained. The developed model can be used in monitoring systems, control, diagnosing the technical condition of the locomotive fleet. The original features of the developed model are a low sampling period between polling monitoring tools, versatility, adaptability, efficiency. Based on the developed model, a generalized algorithm for managing the technical condition of the locomotive fleet is built. The proposed model and algorithm solves the ranges of tasks described in the development concept of Russian Railways OJSC related to the implementation of the actual repair system according to the current technical condition of the locomotive, as well as the digitalization of the company’s advanced areas. -

This problem makes actual a task of development of a hardware and software system of definition of a corrosion condition of an underground part of reinforced concrete support of contact network. As a result of work the software module allowing to realize panoramic shooting of an internal surface of an underground part of a support, to increase quality of the received images, to carry out searching of inhomogeneities and to determine their geometrical parameters, and also to make the analysis of the found inhomogeneities. Implementation of results of work will allow to reduce time and labor costs, and also to increase efficiency of diagnostic works on support of contact network. -

115-119Article considers the analysis of working conditions of conductors of cars. Major harmful and adverse production factors inherent in this profession: vibration, noise, dust content, chemicals, adverse microbiological atmosphere. Work of conductors belongs to category of «travelling» pro-fessions, and, bigger number of conductors are occupied on long trips, moving during 3 and more (till 7 days). The incidence structure also has a number of differences: at conductors of cars diseas-es of respiratory organs, bodies of blood circulation, bone and muscular system, a trauma and al-lergic diseases prevail. Diseases of respiratory system at conductors make more than a half of all cases of temporary disability and meet mainly in the form of ORZ, rhinitises, bronchitis and pneu-monia that indicates the need of regulation and normalization of the air environment of the car which is object of long stay and a conductor workplace. -

118-129The article presents a nonlinear mathematical model of heating a two-layer body with allowance of the finite velocity of heat propagation and the temperature dependence of the properties of materials. A numerical solution of the nonlinear hyperbolic heat conduction problem is obtained for the case when the absorption of the radiation energy is modeled by a volumetric heat source. The implementation of the grid method using a three-layer implicit difference scheme in solving a nonlinear heat conduction problem in a two-layer body with allowance for the relaxation of the heat flux and the conjugation conditions in the case of ideal contact at the interface junction is considered. The described algorithm for calculating the temperature field for high-intensity heating of a coated body, taking into account the dependence of the thermophysical characteristics of materials from temperature, is based on the implementation of the sweep method with iterative correction of the coefficients. Programs are developed and the results of calculating the temperature fields are presented using nonlinear hyperbolic heat conduction equations and the corresponding linear ones taking into account the average integrated thermal and optical characteristics of the materials. Based on a comparison of the results obtained the necessity of taking into account the temperature dependence of the properties of materials during the study of processes of high-intensity heating of bodies.The developed mathematical model on the basis of a system of nonlinear hyperbolic equations can be used to create technological processes using methods for processing the surface of multilayer bodies by laser radiation. -

122-130Article is devoted to production and occupational exposure to «biological factor» for workers оf railway transport. Purpose - improving the system of occupational safety in railway transport under the influence of workers pathogenic organisms. To identify gaps in the system of assessment «biological factor» has been studied Russian normative documentation for a special assessment of working conditions and carried out long-term work on hygienic assessment of working conditions. The article defines the term «biological factor», justify the need for of risk assessment of the harmful factor, expand the list of sources and professional group of railway workers potentially exposed to «biological factor». In this article presents a device for protection and prophylaxis railway workers from biological factor. The principle of operation of the device is based on the integrated use of methods of ultrasonic treatment and ionization to disinfect the indoor air of railway stations, bus stations, subway stations. According to the results of studying the Russian regulatory documentation in the transportation of dangerous goods by railway, identified the main problems and their solutions, in terms of biological safety: formulated the term «biologically dangerous goods»; the necessity of creating a class or sub-class «biologically dangerous goods» and its implementation in the existing rules; developed a simple list of «biologically dangerous goods»; the possibility of the impact of these goods on railway workers. -

133-140The calculation of the forecast demand for electric energy by energy systems and complexes of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is an urgent task. The use of deterministic methods for objects of a similar scale is practically excluded due to the absence or significant incompleteness of the source data. Statistical data available in official sources in an unchanged format is usually presented for a period of 3 - 5 years, which is insufficient for the use of artificial neural networks. The article attempts to study the properties of similar energy systems and complexes. Modern power systems and complexes belong to closed subsystems, the set of elements and connections of which is equivalent to the set of elements of local subsystems of a higher level energy system. This means the inadmissibility of drawing up predictive rules of functioning without taking into account heterogeneous external influences. The system and subsystems are presented as a "black box". Interactions between the system and the external environment and within the system are carried out by the transmission of signals, which are described by a finite set of factors available for analysis and forecasting. The analysis of the possibility of supplementing the general population with statistical data on other objects with a similar structure is carried out. The property of heteromorphism of energy systems and complexes is confirmed. The example of energy systems in the regions of the Russian Federation shows the possibility of a similar approach if non-collinear groups of factors are applied to the analysis. The results of 15 calculations of the most energy-intensive entities of the country are presented, in 28 % of cases the accuracy of forecasted power consumption accuracy is less than 5 %. A further increase in the accuracy of the forecast should develop in the direction of increasing the number of input factors, subject to the condition of the absence of their collinearity and multicollinearity. It is shown that energy systems and complexes of various scales can be described by non-Gaussian stable distributions with infinite dispersion of non-Gaussian distributions, which makes incorrect the use of such methods as the simple extrapolation method, as well as statistical methods based on the assumption that the random distribution law is normal.
