2-22It is shown that dynamic systems, «rolling stock - way» due to the unevenness of the path on length should be described by ordinary differential equations with variable coefficients, the method of analyzing differential equations with constant, variable and random coefficients describing the movement of electric locomotive nodes when they move along an uneven path. In the transition to a new paradigm, we can talk about areas of dynamic instability, which in the case of simple parametric resonances develop near critical frequencies, but this is not one specific point, but a zone that expands with increasing coefficients of parametric excitation. In addition, the presence of friction in the system does not guarantee the limitation of resonant amplitudes. The effect of parametric arousal factors on the width of the dynamic instability zone has been established. There are many other features in the behavior of differential equations with variable coefficients, so it is impossible to replace the action of unevenness with some equivalent geometric irregularity, since at this moment there is no exact solution to the problem with which to compare the results of approximate mathematical models. -

49-59The article discusses the urgent problem of upgrading non-public railway tracks through the introduction of automated loading and unloading control systems. The relevance of the study is due to the significant proportion of non-public tracks in the Russian railway infrastructure (29 % of the total length) and their constant increase, the growing volume of industrial production in the country and the need to improve the efficiency of transport services for enterprises and improve the efficiency of their use. More than 85 % of all freight traffic by rail starts and ends on non-public roads. The correctness of the service, organization and technology of the operation of the considered routes affects the operation of the entire transport network. The problem of the study lies in the fact that traditionally accepted methods of loading and unloading operations on non-public tracks do not provide the necessary efficiency of the transportation process, which leads to long downtime of rolling stock and increased operating costs for railway transport. The methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling and comparative analysis of statistical data are used in the work. Based on a study of international experience and domestic practice, it has been shown that the introduction of automated control systems can reduce the downtime of wagons by 25 - 30 % and reduce operating costs by 15 - 20 %. The article presents the definition of an automated loading and unloading management system as an integrated information management system that integrates hardware and software. A step-by-step methodology for system implementation has been developed, including seven consecutive stages from preliminary analysis to optimization and development. The proposed solutions take into account the specifics of Russian operating conditions and import substitution requirements. -

105-114The purpose of the work is to analyze and assess the structure of economic development and the impact of the «economic space» on railway transport in Uzbekistan, to consider the use of container block train technology. Scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, classification, mathematical statistics, economic analysis, mathematical technical modeling are used. The following results were obtained. The dynamics of the development of cargo transportation in Uzbekistan is assessed on the basis of GDP data. The volume of provided transportation and the use of modes of transport by the volume of shipped products is considered. Of these, the number of goods shipped in Uzbekistan from railway transport, the dynamics of the volume of transportation of certain types of cargo in containers. According to the dynamics of the growth of cargo transportation, a decrease in growth was revealed in 2020 and associated with the pandemic, but in general there are steady growth rates. It is concluded that along with the ongoing work on the renovation and reconstruction of railway tracks, it is necessary to take measures to optimize the entire chain of cargo transportation by containerization, so the use of block train technology. The practical significance of the results of the study follows from the fact that the analysis of the development of transport infrastructure revealed a sharp decline in the results of transport at the end of 2019 - 2020 due to the pandemic, but at the same time, there is a reduction in the «economic space» by improving transport infrastructure, simplifying transit and customs clearance procedures, increasing transit volumes and regional trade, therefore, the logistics transportation market in the republic will grow at an accelerated pace in the coming years. Mass use of containers with the use of block train technology, so. the collection of containers from the port rear terminals, where the formation of batches of containers takes place, and their accumulation in the volumes required by the buyer for transportation by rail can also be a solution to the identified problems.
