11-19Comparative bench tests of acoustic emission occurring during the interaction of the brake pad with a brake disc for the brake unit with a stationary brake pad and a brake unit with a floating brake pad are carried out. The floating brake pad, depending on the braking conditions, occupies an optimum position on the surface of the brake disc, while making movements of an oscillating nature around the turning axis that does not pass through its center of mass and parallel to the axis of rotation of the brake disc. The frequency range is determined in which there are noticeable differences in the acoustic emission of a brake unit with a floating brake pad and a stationary brake pad. The theory of fuzzy sets is used to analyze the acoustic emission perceived by the human hearing organs, which accompanies the interaction of the surfaces of a friction pair in the investigated frequency region. The results of a comparative analysis of the noise characteristics of the brake blocks under investigation are discussed. The spectra of the acoustic emission power are compared according to the obtained base of the expert evaluation of the noise power perceived by man. -

39-48The expediency of introducing dynamic models of defect development into the practice of vibration diagnostics of rotor mechanical units is substantiated. It is shown that as a basis for the creation of models it is advisable to use empirical data. An example of a dynamic model of a small gear defect of a wheel-gear unit is given. The approximate amount of work on the creation of dynamic models is determined. Methods of realization of dynamic models of defects "in the big" are offered. -

81-91The article describes two methods to estimate the rotor speed of the induction motor using special spectral components generated by the engine design. After you search for these components is possible to estimate the rotor slip. The aim is to compare these methods under different engine loads and to determine the most accurate method. The result is program algorithm for determining the rotational speed of the rotor of an induction motor, which can be used for a variety of practical tasks that require precise definition of speed, but there is no any access to moving parts to install the speed sensor or the use of sensors is undesirable revolutions. -

90-96In this paper we study the problem of interpolation signals neutral convolution vector. We propose an interpolation method, which has the best result in terms of even distribution of interpolation errors in the spectral region. Presents the results of a numerical experiment. The effectiveness of the proposed method in the sense of improving the accuracy of a discrete signal recovery in the receive path of the communication of railway equipment.
