113-120The analysis of electric energy quality with a required by modern standards accuracy demands applying of digital signals processing. At measurement, one of the main operations is finding signals correlation. Operations performance over digital representations of the signals containing a large points number requires many of computing resources that results in importance of a fast correlation calculation problem. The well-known methods of correlation calculation is applying a range of algorithms: transformation correlation to cyclic convolution, calculation cyclic convolution through FFT and others. These algorithms are well-studied, however their combination make possible additional optimization of algorithms. In paper we offer the method of computing procedure optimization for signals correlation calculation based on operations reduction when performing a sequence two Fourier transformations. Using another way of placing the calculations results we can reduce a data rearranging operations number. Depending on computing architecture, the offered method allows to accelerate calculations to 20 - 25%. -

114-122The article deals measures to improve the efficiency of using empty cars on the example of the East Siberian railway. The problem of the mechanism for managing cargo and empty runs has been identified. It is necessary to create the system for managing empty rolling stock. The authors consider the technology of working with the company's empty car fleet and the logistics of rolling stock through the Taishet station of the East Siberian railway. The relevance of the goal is the insufficiently developed transport and logistics infrastructure of the region located at the intersection of large transport flows, high costs of logistics operators for the empty tariff. Taking into account the prospects for the development of the station's transport and logistics infrastructure in accordance with the long-term development program of Russian Railways, there are opportunities to increase the range of types of rolling stock and cargo, including container ones. This technology, with timely provision of empty rolling stock for stations, will significantly increase the level of loading and unloading and routing of incoming empty cars. The practical significance of the considered measures is the possibility of reducing the load of some stations, reducing empty flights of rolling stock, increasing the profitability of transportation and the efficiency of using rolling stock by reducing its turnover. In General, for the network, the results will increase the capacity and transit volumes of container traffic from China to the Russian Federation, and stimulate the development of the transport business. -

The region is crossed by the largest railways, such as Trans-Sib and Baikal-Amur, which have an access to the Far East seaports that promotes the growth of international trade operations and the increase of the transit traffic in the region. An expansion of transport and economic relations of our country in the Far East Region, the implementation of a considerable number of extractive industry programs within Baikal-Amur Region, the development of the sea ports of the Far East Region will cause the growth of the workload on the rail infrastructure that is impossible without its development and modernization. An important role in the transport process belongs to the technical stations, which handle all transit trains traffic. Therefore, at the current state, the consideration of the aspects of choosing the rational variants of railway transit nodes’ development with allowance for the environmental factors is timely. -

114-130Using the example of operating gas fields in the Western Siberia, the issue of the correct choice of voltage class, considering all the periods of gas fields life cycle, appears. Wrong choice of the voltage class leads to braking development of a gas field. Gas field technological scheme during the each period of the life cycle is considered, the dynamics of the electrical load is estimated. The analysis of existing methods of choosing the voltage class is carried out and their flaws are revealed. Mathematical models of the optimal voltage class calculation and discounted costs calculation are developed using the theory of experiment planning. An algorithm of choosing the optimal voltage is developed and the distribution and supply networks of the external power supply system of the existing gas fields in Western Siberia are investigated. Progressive voltage class for power supply and distribution network is proposed. Conclusions are made. -

Constructing a model for predicting a quantitative indicator of the pre-discharge state of the upper structure of the track based on a statistical analysis of the seasonal dynamics of this indicator. Forecasting involves identifying bottlenecks for timely corrective action. This approach allows you to refine the construction of algorithms of the functional risk assessment system on the infrastructure of Russian Railways for managing the technical condition of the railway track and safety and is considered as an element of digitalization of the risk assessment of traffic safety in the Railway Infrastructure Directorate. The development is carried out on the basis of accepted existing regulatory documents and classifiers of risk factors operating for the infrastructure management at Russian Railways. Methods. regression analysis, data validation, modeling based on regression analysis. Results. Dependence was identified and a forecast model of the dynamics of the number of deviations of the 2nd degree rail gauge geometry (GRK) was built based on the use of actual data from the automated system Path (APCS P) of Russian Railways. Testing of the approach was carried out on the basis of the Directorate of Infrastructure of the North Caucasus Railway. The identified dependence allows you to give a fairly accurate forecast of the state of traffic safety and the development of GRK deviations on the 2nd degree for use in practice, effective planning of material costs for planned preventive work and overhaul at linear enterprises, on a specific railway adopted for calculation and on the network of Russian Railways. Practical significance. The constructed model allows predicting the intensity of the risk factor on an objective basis of seasonal patterns, as well as the volume of control impacts on the current content of the upper track structure. The presence of such a forecast will make it possible to establish a relationship between the indicator of the dynamics of the number of deviations of the 2nd degree rail gauge geometry, including seasonal dynamics, and the risk factor, that is, the number of GRK deviations of the 3rd degree used in the risk assessment on the infrastructure. The result of this approach is the solution of a system of tasks that affect the values that reflect the level of risks, and as a result, effective management of financial flows for the maintenance of infrastructure, reduction and prevention of traffic safety incidents. -

115-124In article the algorithm of operation of the existing regime automatic equipment of transforming aggregates is considered. Earlier it was read that use of automatic equipment of switching on switch-off of reserve transforming aggregates is an effective remedy of lowering of losses in case of regulation of power of substation depending on tractive loading. Defining factors of assessment of efficiency of automatic equipment are the current and temporal settings, and also restriction of number of switchings in days. The analysis of diagrams of tractive loading showed that there is rather large number of temporal intervals where operation of automatic equipment is ineffective. On the one hand it is connected to the fact that loading is above a point of equality of losses in case of one and two transforming aggregates quite short time, and automatic equipment connects the reserve transforming aggregate already in the course of lowering of loading and disconnects it after a temporal setting. On the other hand - operating restriction of number of switchings of the reserve transforming aggregate in days doesn't allow to gain the considerable economic effect. The decision on use of regime automatic equipment with the existing settings can be the positive if at the same time the estimated effect in the form of abbreviation of losses of the electric power is above cumulative damage from switching of the reserve transforming aggregate. Regime automatic equipment in most cases, it is necessary to consider not as means of obtaining economic effect, and as means of reliability augmentation of operation of semiconductor rectifiers at the peak moments of loading what in turn influences reliability of electrical power supply of pull of trains in general. -

115-119Article considers the analysis of working conditions of conductors of cars. Major harmful and adverse production factors inherent in this profession: vibration, noise, dust content, chemicals, adverse microbiological atmosphere. Work of conductors belongs to category of «travelling» pro-fessions, and, bigger number of conductors are occupied on long trips, moving during 3 and more (till 7 days). The incidence structure also has a number of differences: at conductors of cars diseas-es of respiratory organs, bodies of blood circulation, bone and muscular system, a trauma and al-lergic diseases prevail. Diseases of respiratory system at conductors make more than a half of all cases of temporary disability and meet mainly in the form of ORZ, rhinitises, bronchitis and pneu-monia that indicates the need of regulation and normalization of the air environment of the car which is object of long stay and a conductor workplace. -

115-124In the article, on the basis of the thermodynamic analysis of the working process in the turbine, a method is presented for determining the generation of electricity based on heat consumption and an assumption is made about the possibility of instrumental measurement of the amount of generation and the implementation of accounting in real operating conditions of the steam turbine. This indicator can become an important indicator in the district heating system and automatic regulation of heat energy supply, such a statement of the problem in the district heating system was made for the first time and requires additional research. The article discusses the influence of electricity generation on thermal consumption on the efficiency of the power system of district heating. Dependences of electricity generation based on heat consumption on the share of steam supplied to the heating extraction are obtained. Specific power generation has been determined taking into account regeneration. -

115-123The article deals with the issue of the interaction of the track and rolling stock and the relationship of factors affecting the comfort of passengers. Examples of passenger comfort indicators are given and possible causes of deviations in the track geometry are considered. The results of experimental trips are analyzed and the data obtained by standard diagnostic tools are presented. Natural irregularities in the plan and profile were constructed in the analyzed areas where comfort indicators were exceeded. The data presented demonstrate the use of an additional indicator of the interaction of the track and rolling stock, which is advisable to take into account to identify deviations in the geometry of the track gauge when carrying out work on the current maintenance of the track, since there are irregularities or combinations of irregularities in the track that have an increased dynamic impact. It is worth noting that currently not all irregularities are registered, and accordingly such irregularities are not eliminated. Using the «passenger comfort» indicator calculated from the accelerations occurring in the elements of the rolling stock, it is possible to determine the places and deviations of the geometry of the track gauge that affect the dynamic characteristics of the rolling stock, causing increased comfort indicators. -

115-122The models of complex organizational and technological parameters of operation of liner-straightening machines cyclic action on the example of the VPR-02 and VPRS-02 using a probabilistic assessment of the reliability of their work. For her study conducted two etapa checks: logical and mathematical. After sampling in accordance with GOST 8.207-76 inspect it belongs-rise normal distribution using Pearson's chi-squared test. Next calculated reliability and risk completion of the planned scope of work machine systems, complexes, components and individual machines in the planned period of time. The models are based on actual field tests of databases, technical and economic indicators of machines, components and systems in real operating conditions. This model optimizes track works with a given reliability at stave-builder, all kinds of repair and current maintenance of railway track. And also give the opportunity to the WHO-define more rational modes of operation of track machines for you, edits, tamping and straightening the railway line, thereby increasing pa O-workings of these machines. They enable organizations operating these machines more reasonably expect the required number of cars processes track works, their cost and labor. The proposed method models quantify the technical reliability of the liner-straightening machines; allow predicting the main complex organizational and technological performance of a particular machine at the design stage of technological processes track works. This method is versatile and can be used to evaluate the technical reliability of any machine systems, components and separate machines. -

116-130In the course of scientific support of design, construction and operation, as well as forecasting the development of transport infrastructure in the Arctic region, RUT (MIIT) scientists have proposed a methodology for working out new design and technological solutions by testing them on a small section of the route that has received the status of experimental; a number of solutions have been proposed that can be taken into account and used during the development of transport infrastructure in the Arctic. To verify the university's developments, a number of expeditions were undertaken to study the features of the conditions of construction of transport facilities, including climatic and engineering-geological, as well as the condition of existing transport facilities (the Salekhard - Igarka Polar Highway): survey expeditions in 2005, 2012; joint expeditions with the Russian Geographical Society with the participation of scientists from the Institute of Roads, Construction and Structures of the Russian Institute of Transport (MIIT) in the Arctic region in 2019 - 2021, during which a geomonitoring network was organized; data on temperatures in the air, near-surface zones and in the ground environment were obtained; the analysis of the ground environment was carried out; recommendations were given on the specifics of the construction of transport facilities, including the construction of the roadbed, using different variants of technical and structural and technological solutions. The purpose of the article is to generalize the experience of the development of the northern territories through the development of transport communications and the testing of new structural and technological solutions for the construction of the roadbed by means of a local section of the highway in the status of a pilot site. The approach presented in this article can be used to form a methodology for solving the problem of creating an effective High-latitude Russian transport system in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation with forecasting trends in its development. -

116-123The reliability of diesel locomotive operation largely depends on its temperature conditions. The stability of temperature conditions should be provided by the cooling system, which regulates the heat removal from the coolant depending on its temperature and the operating mode of the diesel engine. During operation, with the existing algorithms for the operation of standard cooling systems, significant temperature drops of the coolant are observed over fairly short time intervals. This negatively affects the reliability of the diesel engine. On different series of diesel locomotives, the system for regulating the operation of refrigerator fans may differ significantly. To regulate the air flow through the refrigerator sections, an algorithm is used to turn on or off a certain number of motor fans or to change the oil flow through an axial piston type hydraulic machine, or to regulate the oil level in a torque converter. To develop an algorithm for controlling the operation of the cooling system in order to stabilize temperature conditions, it is necessary to study the processes implemented in operation. The article presents the results of the study of temperature fluctuations of the coolant during the operation of locomotives. According to the results of the study, the realizable rates of increase and decrease in the temperature of the coolant, taking into account the inertia of the process, are established. It has been established that standard cooling systems do not allow exceeding the established limits, but do not exclude significant changes in the temperature of the coolant when changing the operating mode of the diesel engine. The obtained results can be used to improve the management of heat exchange processes in order to stabilize the temperature conditions of the diesel engine, which will increase the reliability of its operation. -

118-125The article describes the possibility of applying diagnostic algorithms, taking into account the complexity of the examination, applied to a specific problem of searching for damage in receiver of station's tonal track circuit. The aim of the work is to justify the need to take into account the complexity of the survey when compiling these algorithms. The order of compiling the diagnostic algorithm is shown, conditional probabilities, diagnostic weights, private and general diagnostic values are calculated. On the basis of the calculations performed, algorithms for diagnosing taking into account the complexity of the examination in receiver of the tonal track circuit was compiled. The work results presented in the article can be used for technical maintenance of automation systems of operating railways. -

Research methodology bases on set theory, theory of transport systems, General systems theory and the author's methodology of terminalistics. In this study describes of the terminal network, its key elements and its logistics facilities; the factors affecting the composition and configuration of the terminal network. Also this study develops the model of the terminal network as a logistics chain, and its proposed integrated set-theoretic model of the terminal network of the region. A graphic model of the terminal network as a supply chain presents in the study. The task of finding the best option terminal network in this formulation becomes a three-tier and two-stage. The results of the study can be used as mathematical tools in the design, planning, development and evaluation of objects of terminal and warehouse infrastructure of Russian Railways. -

118-129The article presents a nonlinear mathematical model of heating a two-layer body with allowance of the finite velocity of heat propagation and the temperature dependence of the properties of materials. A numerical solution of the nonlinear hyperbolic heat conduction problem is obtained for the case when the absorption of the radiation energy is modeled by a volumetric heat source. The implementation of the grid method using a three-layer implicit difference scheme in solving a nonlinear heat conduction problem in a two-layer body with allowance for the relaxation of the heat flux and the conjugation conditions in the case of ideal contact at the interface junction is considered. The described algorithm for calculating the temperature field for high-intensity heating of a coated body, taking into account the dependence of the thermophysical characteristics of materials from temperature, is based on the implementation of the sweep method with iterative correction of the coefficients. Programs are developed and the results of calculating the temperature fields are presented using nonlinear hyperbolic heat conduction equations and the corresponding linear ones taking into account the average integrated thermal and optical characteristics of the materials. Based on a comparison of the results obtained the necessity of taking into account the temperature dependence of the properties of materials during the study of processes of high-intensity heating of bodies.The developed mathematical model on the basis of a system of nonlinear hyperbolic equations can be used to create technological processes using methods for processing the surface of multilayer bodies by laser radiation.
