    Some mathematical aspects of research «rigid» dynamic model, describing the interaction between wheel and rail

    The article sets out the methodology of the study of a rigid mathematical model describing locomotive wheel and rail interaction, taking into account the hypothesis f. Carter. On the basis of the application of the theorem N.A. Tikhonova derived the differential equation for determining the rate of slippage of wheel pair on Rails.     Influence of the organization of the movementof the united freight trains on the increasingof the capacity of the plots electrified on a dc

    The analysis of the influence of the organization of the formation of United freight trains on the throughput capacity of railway sections has been carried out. The results of electrical calculations of the 3.0 kV dc power supply system of 3 sections of the Sverdlovsk and South Ural railways are presented when controlling the speed of trains from 50 km / h to 100 km / h with various locomotives while passing two single and one connected cargo trains using the system of contactless automatic voltage regulation in the contact network, allowing to assess the throughput capacity of the three sections. In the course of the calculations, the developed refinement method was applied using the correction current factors KIxx and KIst. Proved the need for their use in electrical calculations.

    The opportunities of using cryogenic technologies for innovative isothermal rolling stock

    The article deals with the organization of operation when using cryogenic technologies for gas locomotives and isothermal cars (IV). The structure of transportation of perishable goods (SPG) by types of rolling stock and types of cargo and the peculiarities of transportation of frozen fish from the Far East to the central regions of the country is presented. On the example of their consideration, a new structure of the type of isothermal rolling stock (IPS) is proposed, including various types of single isothermal cars, large-capacity refrigerated containers and swap bodies. It is proposed to use the block-modular principle of forming energy refrigeration equipment for promising autonomous refrigerated cars (ARC). A review of promising ARC models developed by UralVagonZavod and Altayvagon, ready for serial production, has been carried out. The factors that should be taken into account when creating an innovative isothermal rolling stock are formulated. Variants of using cryogenic technologies for an autonomous refrigerator car and single insulated cars are considered. Based on the results of previously conducted operational tests of autonomous liquid nitrogen cars, the main their advantages and possible areas of use are given. The technology and technical solutions for improving the design of the cooling system of the cargo space for thermos cars cooled with liquid nitrogen have been substantiated. The calculated characteristics of the consumption of liquid nitrogen during the transportation of frozen goods are presented. The advantages of using environmentally friendly liquid nitrogen cooling systems are analyzed and the areas of using cryogenic technologies for isothermal rolling stock are formalized. Uncertainty and spontaneity of the perishable goods transportation market, along with the absence of a large customer, poses a difficult task for car builders to organize serial production of isothermal rolling stock with small production volumes and various technical characteristics. Therefore, when creating isothermal and refrigerator cars, it is advisable to focus on a single universal car kit based on an isothermal body with the possibility of transforming it by using various options for energy refrigeration equipment and chassis.

    To the question of the formation of the cargo infrastructure of the republic of uzbekistan

    The article assesses the state of the market of transport and cargo services in Uzbekistan, considers the problem of scientific justification of the rational placement of cargo facilities in the country. Analysis of the problems of transport services has shown that freight traffic flows have spread out, negative trends have manifested themselves in the form of regular growth in the cost of fuel and energy resources, tightening of regulatory requirements, growth of customs duties, sanctions in the form of cancellation of previously introduced benefits, and more. However, such indicators of rail freight transportation as the range of container transportation and average travel time are stable in rail traffic, i. e. the diversification of the cargo base and the tendency to full capacity utilization take place. Separately, it should be noted that rail transportation interacts with other transport industries - automobile, air, sea, river and other modes of transport - as partners, not as competitors - multimodal freight transportation is widely developed, special logistics agencies operate to ensure the organization of uninterrupted work during freight transportation. Uzbekistan's railways need to be reformed, and possibly restructured. At least, private capital funds are already being attracted to the system of private carriage operation. The article describes the scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, classification, mathematical statistics used in the study. A roadmap of qualitative transformations for the reorganization of the transport and cargo industry has been proposed, which will bring positive results for the transport infrastructure as a whole.The results of the study will further reveal the capabilities of terminal networks capable of providing in a short time the delivery of large volumes of necessary cargo to domestic and foreign markets, the uninterrupted functioning of the necessary infrastructure for the placement of cargo facilities on the railway network. The object of the study is the state of transport infrastructure with a decisive role in trade.

    Intelligent traffic safety management at public railway crossings

    In connection with the traceable global trend of increasing average speeds in railway transport, more and more often they are trying to exclude the intersection of railways and roads. However, in the Russian Federation, only 40 % of railway crossings are located near settlements or on busy roads, the construction of two-level interchanges at the remaining crossings is not economically profitable, and sometimes difficult due to climatic conditions. Therefore, a different approach is needed to prevent incidents and accidents at crossings. At the same time, the need for an individual construction of a security strategy for each object of the transport infrastructure should be taken into account. At present, in the existing information systems of the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as the owners of the railway infrastructure, a fairly large amount of statistical information has been accumulated on incidents and traffic accidents at railway crossings. But most often these data are used for certificates containing absolute values in each of the departments. At the same time, the relationships between these disparate sources of information are not comprehensively analyzed. Modern technologies for creating intelligent information systems based on existing large databases and tools such as machine learning, intelligent search, neural networks make it possible to build an expert system based on a specific set of rules that can analyze the situation at a particular crossing, assess the likelihood of emergency situations and suggest ways to prevent them. In addition, it is important to analyze not only the infrastructure, but also specific units of vehicles and the accident-free performance of the drivers driving them. This article discusses the prerequisites and technology for building a knowledge base of an intelligent system used to analyze the level of safety at railway crossings, which will allow us to combine currently information about the factors accumulated in various systems that affect traffic safety at crossings and based on the accumulation of knowledge give a forecast of the development of the situation at each specific object.

    The passenger car ridge beam durability improving

    The article discusses the possibility of extending the service life of passenger cars. The analysis of the state of the passenger car fleet has established that the rate of replenishment of reserved cars has been reduced by more than 40 % over the past 10 years, therefore, it is possible to ensure coverage and replenishment of the retirement of rolling stock of this type after the expiration of the standard service life only by extending the service life of existing cars by carrying out capital repairs with the establishment of a new standard service life. When analyzing the power frame of a reserved seat passenger car, it was found that the greatest static and dynamic loads are perceived by its center beam. It is precisely because of the stresses arising in it that an assessment is formed of the further possibility of operating a car both during its life cycle and further use in diagnostics for the possibility of assigning a new service life to it during overhaul repairs. Studies of a number of elements of center beams cut from passenger cars that have expired the standard period have established that the main characteristics of the metal meet the requirements of safety standards, this indicates that the safety margin and resource inherent in them has not been fully depleted. In the study of the presence of residual stresses that have arisen in the elements cut from the ridge beams, depending on the depth of etching carried out according to the method of N. N. Davidenkov in accordance with the TSNIITmash methodology, the most vulnerable and dangerous places of corrosion that require more careful control during the car maintenance and scheduled preventive repairs were identified. In order to reduce the development of residual stresses and the corrosive effect on the load-bearing frame of a second-class car, recommendations and technological operations have been developed for strengthening the ridge beam by the method of shot-blasting with the formation of a uniform fine-pored structure, which ensures uniform application of paint and varnish coating.

    Estimation of the influence of damping devices force characteristics on the forces between train cars

    The paper considers the influence of the force characteristics of the damping apparatus on the value of the maximal longitudinal forces arising between the cars. Using the computer program MSC.ADAMS, we performed the simulation of shunting collisions of cars and train transient movement modes. The dependences of the maximal forces at cars' collision at various velocities on the shape of the elastic elements' force characteristics are determined. The operation of various shock dampers for the case of the train starting off electric braking and movement through the parts of the longitudinal track profile was estimated. It is shown that shock dampers with a rapidly growing line of load lead to the emergence and propagation of large shock forces along the train, while a slow growth of the force leads to their reduction due to the amplitude increase in elastic vibrations propagated along the train length . We propose to use high-energy-damping devices to reduce the longitudinal forces in the train, which are characterized by the force slew rate substantially depending on the compression velocity of the shock damper.

    To assess the development potential of the «north - south» international transport corridor

    The globalization of world economic processes poses challenges for the international transport corridors (ITC) development and their sections as part of national transport systems. The tariff policy and regulatory environment of the transportation process form the institutional prerequisites and cargo base of the ITC, which can become a barrier or driver of its development. The purpose of the work is assess the transport corridor development potential and increase the attractiveness of the ITC by using multimodal transportation schemes to attract cargo flows (including export) from related directions. The paper provides an analysis and development of methods for assessing the prospective transport corridor cargo base in the conditions of competition between enterprises of transport modes, taking into account the national transport network configuration. The article presents a method for assessing the cargo base in the conditions of monomodal and multimodal transportation based on logistics principles-reducing the time and cost parameters of the transportation organization scheme. The possibilities of transport modes integrative development are show in the zone of gravity of the transport corridor due to the transport in multimodal transport organization. The geographical Russian Federation «transit» location on the Eurasian continent opens up wide opportunities for the convergence of the European and Asian countries economies through the development of the ITC that runs through our territory. The article considers the prospects for the ITC «North-South» development, which depend on geopolitical and infrastructural (technological) factors. The technological factor relate to such problems of the Russian transport system as the congestion of infrastructure at the approaches to the ports of the Azov-black sea basin, the Moscow-Likhaya-Rostov-on-don-Krasnodar railway, etc., which directly affect the potential of the transport corridor.     Article considers modern shumo-vibroprotective materials for car building. Security measure of the person from vibration in cars are constructive improvements, applica-tion of means of external vibroprotection by uprugodempfiruyushchy materials and devices which take place between a source of vibration and the person, and also continuous control of serviceabil-ity of cars and their timely scheduled preventive repair as in use and wear there is an expressed strengthening of vibration. Considering that constructional features of cars provide compliance "To health regulations on the organization of passenger traffic on railway transport" in the course of formation of structures and at operation of cars there are the technical problems caused by aging (technical wear) cars, a detsentrovka, defects of a way, etc. that leads in practice to deterioration of an acoustic mode of internal rooms of cars. Comparative researches of sound-absorbing properties of a material from aramide fiber and ecologically safe material NOL-1A(B) are conducted. Decrease in noise levels in rooms of cars, due to use of modern materials is experimentally established. NO-L-1A use in a design of air ducts of cars of locomotive draft allows to reduce considerably noise level in rooms, and to raise ecological characteristics of cars.

    Technological outsourcing as a tool for market development of operator companies

    New activities have appeared in Russia as a result of the structural reform of the railway industry. Operation of rolling stock is one of them. Operator companies have assumed this function, but now there is a surplus of rolling stock in the transport market. There is a need to develop methods and algorithms to improve the efficiency of this activity. The aim of this work is to analyze the activities of the owners of rolling stock, their organizational structure, the situation on the transport services market and identify directions for business diversification. Theoretical studies in the field of car fleet management are considered in the work. As a result, the main functions of the operator companies were identified. An assessment of the state of the market indicates that operators are pursuing a client-oriented policy and are gradually expanding the range of services provided. Technological outsourcing as a way of diversification was presented in the final part of the work. It enhances the quality of the operators' services.

    Multilayer surfacing of a freight car wheel rim

    For a radical solution of the issue of extending the service life of wheelsets of the freight cars, it is proposed to weld not only serviceable wheels, but also wheels to be pressed against an unacceptable rim thickness. It is shown that in multilayer surfacing, the possibility of obtaining high quality metal becomes more difficult, and heating of a thin rim can have an adverse effect on the gap between the inner surfaces of the wheels. The purpose of the work is to optimize the technological parameters of the multi-electrode surfacing mode, determine the amount of warpage of the wheel disk and study the quality of the deposited metal during operational tests of wheel sets. Experimental surfacing was carried out on the optimal parameters of the multi-electrode process, and a method for measuring the value of wheel warping in conditions of multilayer surfacing was proposed. The results of studies on the influence of the multi-electrode surfacing process on the metal structure and wheel warping are presented. It is shown that under the optimal surfacing mode, favorable conditions are created for obtaining fine-grained structures in the near-seamed zone. Field tests of the freight cars wheel sets were carried out to determine the efficiency and reliability of the method of automatic multi-electrode surfacing of the wheel rim. The task of the tests was a comparative assessment of the resistance of the wheels under study to defects and wear. The implementation of the task involved obtaining data for the wheel sets being researched on the number of cases of wheel failure due to the insufficient quality of the welded surfacing metal. It was found that wheel warping does not cause any dangers that threaten traffic safety, and the weld metal has the necessary resistance to cracking under the action of operational loads.

    On the development of transport infrastructure in uzbekistan

    The purpose of the work is to analyze and assess the structure of economic development and the impact of the «economic space» on railway transport in Uzbekistan, to consider the use of container block train technology. Scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, classification, mathematical statistics, economic analysis, mathematical technical modeling are used. The following results were obtained. The dynamics of the development of cargo transportation in Uzbekistan is assessed on the basis of GDP data. The volume of provided transportation and the use of modes of transport by the volume of shipped products is considered. Of these, the number of goods shipped in Uzbekistan from railway transport, the dynamics of the volume of transportation of certain types of cargo in containers. According to the dynamics of the growth of cargo transportation, a decrease in growth was revealed in 2020 and associated with the pandemic, but in general there are steady growth rates. It is concluded that along with the ongoing work on the renovation and reconstruction of railway tracks, it is necessary to take measures to optimize the entire chain of cargo transportation by containerization, so the use of block train technology. The practical significance of the results of the study follows from the fact that the analysis of the development of transport infrastructure revealed a sharp decline in the results of transport at the end of 2019 - 2020 due to the pandemic, but at the same time, there is a reduction in the «economic space» by improving transport infrastructure, simplifying transit and customs clearance procedures, increasing transit volumes and regional trade, therefore, the logistics transportation market in the republic will grow at an accelerated pace in the coming years. Mass use of containers with the use of block train technology, so. the collection of containers from the port rear terminals, where the formation of batches of containers takes place, and their accumulation in the volumes required by the buyer for transportation by rail can also be a solution to the identified problems.
