    Improvement of safety devices of high-speed current collectors

    Now the problem of development of the high-speed and high-speed movement on the main railway transport that is connected by increase of traffic safety of trains and ensuring reliable work of contact suspension brackets and current collectors of an electrorolling stock is actual. For increase of reliable work of current collectors there are some ways one of which is creation of the safety devices which are built in a design of current collectors and providing their automatic lowering in emergencies. In Omsk State Transport University the current collector equipped with safety devices of new generation on the basis of the operated pneumatic devices and providing protection at failure or the increased wear of contact elements, and also breakages of a runner is developed; at rise on height of more admissible at departure of an electrorolling stock for the sign «End of a Contact Suspension Bracket» or break of contact wires; at blows and arrivals on obstacles in a contact suspension bracket. For control and management of operation of safety devices the protective pneumatic contour located on the basis of a current collector in the special case is used. At operation of one of safety devices there is a depressurization of the pneumohighway of a protective contour therefore pressure of compressed air the drive of a current collector decreases and it falls under the influence of own gravity. Restoration of a current collector possibly only in the conditions of depot or point of maintenance of locomotives. Calculation of characteristics and parameters of the device of protection at blows and arrivals on obstacles in a contact suspension bracket needs to be carried out by the given technique for zones of normal, dangerous and emergency work. For an assessment of operability of safety devices and definition of their main technical indicators and parameters in laboratory of OSTU the shock and oscillatory complex is developed for research of interaction of a current collector with a contact network.

    About the influence of antisymmetric permanent strain of the wagon bogie frame on traffic safety

    To increase the speed of the cargo delivery, freight wagons are being developed, intended for the design speed of 140 km/h. One of the important parts of a freight wagon is the bogie, the design of which determines the wagon dynamic behaviour. The bogie of such wagons uses a frame of a rigid design, which is susceptible to antisymmetric loads. The analysis of standards has shown that the strength test during designing a rigid bogie frame under the impact of maximum antisymmetric forces that may occur in operation when a wheel derails is not required, which can lead to a residual antysymmetric deformation of the bogie frame. Theoretical research is performed to estimate the impact of the residual antisymmetric deformation on traffic safety using the wheelset safety factor against derailment. The research results have shown that the bogie frame residual deformation leads to a load redistribution on the wheelset axle journal, which, in terms of the impact on the wheelset safety factor against derailment, is similar to the wagon rolling motion. The wagon rolling motion affects the reduction of the wheelset safety factor against derailment to a greater extent than oscillations during pitching and bouncing. Thus, the permission to operate wagons with the antisymmetric residual deformation of the bogie frame without its non-destructive testing can lead to traffic safety violation. In order to ensure the traffic safety of wagons with bogies having rigid frames and reduce economic losses at the design stage, bogies strength depending on the action of antisymmetric forces should be estimated.

    Analysis of operating performance of freight trains and its ways of increasing

    The analysis of the operational efficiency of freight cars circulating on the Russian railways, shows a lack of basic truck models 18-100 and its modifications and foreign counterparts. We propose a method for increasing the efficiency of the dynamic properties of the freight car with a cart, which has a new design of spring suspension, based on the principle of compensation of external disturbances and presented its advantages.

    Improvement of the methodique's for the experimental measurement of the systems of moving single-arms pantograph's rigidity electric locomotives

    The article provides for the design features of pantographs of an electric drive train, a system of movable frames, which are made in the form of two articulated rod-type levers. Single-lever pantographs are distinguished by improved mass-dimensional indicators, which allows them to be used in the cramped conditions of the roof space of two-system electric locomotives. This requires high mechanical characteristics, as well as the need to use structural materials of increased strength, precision processing methods and high precision during assembly. It becomes especially important to control the transverse and advanced cruelty of the moving frame system during research, periodic and qualification tests, as well as during operation. The article describes a methodology that allows conducting research with a high degree of labor intensity, increasing the speed of measurements, and reducing the influence of the human factor.

    Application algorithms of computer vision for оbject detection on the railway crossing

    Development of innovative methods and hardware gives additional opportunities for the solution of various tasks. For example, innovations allow increasing safety in places of crossing highways and railroads by means of detection methods of objects in the required control zone. The big risk of emergencies in places as a railway crossing is caused by a high speed and the inertial movement of the train. In this connection, there is no possibility of timely braking of the train and prevention of collision with an obstacle. At the present time, the biggest percent of accident rate belongs to uncontrollable railway crossings. On such railway crossings completely are absent the blocking means or the warning technical tools. Controlled railway crossings are equipped with the blocking means for the automobiles. Also, they are equipped with the systems of video supervision. But the current systems of video supervision have no function of informing the driver of the train in an emergency. Therefore, to priorities belongs development of technical requirements for a hardware and software system. The automatic analysis of a dynamic situation in borders of a railway crossing, transfer to the driver of the approaching train of the required information belongs to priorities too. This work describes briefly main algorithms of computer vision which allow distinguishing any object on a railway crossing. The example of algorithmic modeling of detection of contours and allocation of a background on video has been considered in this work. Received results led to the conclusion about a necessary adaptation of modern computer vision algorithms for the solution of a detection problem of various objects with the required accuracy and in various working conditions.

    Roadbed strength with volumetric reinforcing structures

    The use of three-dimensional reinforcing structures is an effective method strengthen the slopes and the primary site of subgrade, it is confirmed by a complex of experimental studies. The numerical and natural modeling processes associated with the strengthening of subgrade geokompozitn structure. Natural modeling performed by the embankment of equivalent materials using real ground conditions and loadings identical in size natural.     The reasons for violations of traffic safety of freight cars in operation
