    Application of the train traction electricity consumption forecasting model based on interval regression method

    The results of the train traction electricity consumption forecasting, which were obtained on the basis of existing methods and the interval regression method, was analyzed. The errors of forecasting according to three methods compared with the real electricity consumption were determined. The authors put forward the software for calculating the predicted values of electricity consumption for train traction, taking into account the operational indicators of the electrified railroad under conditions of uncertainty in the initial data.

    Automation of the calculation of the distribution of electrical quantities in the system of three conductors with account their mutual influence

    The article presents the equivalent circuit of three conductors, taking into account their mutual influence. The equivalent circuit contains the resistance and inductance of each conductor, the conductivity and the capacitance of their insulation relative to the earth, as well as the mutual inductances, conductivities and capacitances of the insulation between the conductors. The mathematical foundations of calculating the distribution of electrical quantities in the system of three conductors are considered, taking into account their mutual influence. An iterative incremental model of the software life cycle was chosen as the basis for automating this calculation, taking into account existing approaches to software development. Specific features of specialized software are specified. A structural scheme of the software complex and a block diagram of the calculation algorithm are proposed. The algorithm is based on the iterative calculation of currents and voltages for three conductors, taking into account their mutual influence. In accordance with the chosen model of the life cycle of the software, three versions of software with different functionality have been developed. This allowed us to effectively organize the processes of testing, debugging and implementation. As a result, the software complex has a window interface containing four tabs and allowing to enter the initial data for the calculation, display the results in the form of graphs and tables. For saving the results of calculations, a connection with the database has been implemented.

    Automatic thermograms processing and traction drive collector-brush heating rate calculation pc-application development

    This article describes developed «Collector-brush heat» pc-application », which is aimed to automatically process thermal images, received during thermos-vision of DC machine collector-brush unit. This application allows to calculate the thermal rate and to build collector-brush heating curve. The application is developed in order to apply it in the traction drive diagnostics hardware-software complex.

    Aerodynamic impact of the high-speed electric train «afrosiyob» on opposite trains

    At present, the “Afrosiyob” high-speed passenger train runs on the Tashkent - Samarkand, Samarkand - Karshi, Samarkand - Bukhara sections. In the near future, it is planned to launch freight trains on sections of the Bukhara-Misken route. On high-speed double - track sections Tashkent - Samarkand, Samarkand-Navаi, the movement of freight trains is combined with passenger trains. Which, in turn, negatively affects the throughput of stations and hauls. In connection with this, the actual issue is the movement of freight trains on these sections. Additional research is needed to increase the capacity of sections where freight and high-speed passenger trains run. The article considers options for the aerodynamic interaction of freight and high - speed passenger trains moving in one or the opposite direction. At the same time, the idea of the safe organization of freight trains during the movement of high-speed passenger trains was put forward. As a result of this study, the possibilities of carrying cargo trains in one direction or in the opposite direction are determined by ensuring the safety of movement on two-way parcels in which high-speed “Afrosiyob” high - speed electric trains travel. This makes it possible to develop recommendations for more effective use of the ability of parcels to conduct trains. When calculating the aerodynamic interaction, scientific ideas put forward by scientists from Europe, the USA, Russia and other countries were analyzed. Methods for solving the Navier - Stokes equations using existing programming models are described.

    The software module of formation of the panoramic image of an internal surface of an underground part of hollow reinforced concrete support of contact network and the analysis of the recognizable inhomogeneities

    Now there is no efficient decision to estimate a corrosion condition of an underground part of reinforced concrete support of contact network which is not demanding digging of a support. This problem makes actual a task of development of a hardware and software system of definition of a corrosion condition of an underground part of reinforced concrete support of contact network. As a result of work the software module allowing to realize panoramic shooting of an internal surface of an underground part of a support, to increase quality of the received images, to carry out searching of inhomogeneities and to determine their geometrical parameters, and also to make the analysis of the found inhomogeneities. Implementation of results of work will allow to reduce time and labor costs, and also to increase efficiency of diagnostic works on support of contact network.

    Software inertia compensation for industrial temperature sensors in programmable controllers

    The paper deals with the problem of the presence of thermal inertia in thermoelectric converters of general industrial design, used to measure temperature in most technological installations with an ambient temperature above 200 ° C. The aim of the study is to develop an algorithm for predicting the temperature of the environment with known thermal characteristics of the temperature sensor and to implement the algorithm directly in a general industrial programmable logic controller (PLC). As the main method, the work uses the method of mathematical modeling and description of the object in transfer functions and in the form of differential equations. The work uses a previously developed engineering technique for determining the thermal inertia time of industrial sensors, based on a single disturbance and an assessment of the dynamic characteristics of an object. On the basis of the research and mathematical modeling, algorithms for predicting the temperature of the medium by the parameters of the thermal inertia of the temperature sensor and the rate of change of the thermocouple signal have been developed and implemented. The implementation of the algorithms in the TIA Portal environment based on the Siemens Simatic S7-300 PLC using the PID Control library is proposed.
