    Improvement of safety devices of high-speed current collectors

    Now the problem of development of the high-speed and high-speed movement on the main railway transport that is connected by increase of traffic safety of trains and ensuring reliable work of contact suspension brackets and current collectors of an electrorolling stock is actual. For increase of reliable work of current collectors there are some ways one of which is creation of the safety devices which are built in a design of current collectors and providing their automatic lowering in emergencies. In Omsk State Transport University the current collector equipped with safety devices of new generation on the basis of the operated pneumatic devices and providing protection at failure or the increased wear of contact elements, and also breakages of a runner is developed; at rise on height of more admissible at departure of an electrorolling stock for the sign «End of a Contact Suspension Bracket» or break of contact wires; at blows and arrivals on obstacles in a contact suspension bracket. For control and management of operation of safety devices the protective pneumatic contour located on the basis of a current collector in the special case is used. At operation of one of safety devices there is a depressurization of the pneumohighway of a protective contour therefore pressure of compressed air the drive of a current collector decreases and it falls under the influence of own gravity. Restoration of a current collector possibly only in the conditions of depot or point of maintenance of locomotives. Calculation of characteristics and parameters of the device of protection at blows and arrivals on obstacles in a contact suspension bracket needs to be carried out by the given technique for zones of normal, dangerous and emergency work. For an assessment of operability of safety devices and definition of their main technical indicators and parameters in laboratory of OSTU the shock and oscillatory complex is developed for research of interaction of a current collector with a contact network.

    Control system of electromagnetic suspension with feedback of high-speed land transport

    The subjects of the study are the problem of controlling the crew in space by means of an automatic system for controlling the gap between the electromagnet poles and ferro-rails in the system of high-speed land transport based on the levitation effect. One of the main conditions for comfortable levitation mode of the crew is the absence of vertical deformations of the crew during multipoint suspension due to non-uniform distribution of lifting and guiding forces. In order to ensure the stability of the crew's electromagnetic suspension, various combinations of control system feedbacks are proposed. The results of the study of the electromagnetic suspension control system using the electromagnet current feedback in the land speed vehicle levitation mode are presented. The main requirement to the control system of an electromagnetic suspension in the levitation mode is the maximum permissible deviation of the permissible air gap ±5 mm under the action of the impulse of the aerodynamic force in the horizontal plane and the speed of its application. The principle of subordinate regulation of the control system parameters with the use of regulators in accordance with the functional two-loop system of automatic regulation with current feedback has been proposed. The application of the double-loop automatic control system at supply voltage fluctuations corrects the electromagnet current and excludes the deviation of the maximum permissible gap between the electromagnet and the ferro-rail. The performed calculations prove that the introduction of the electromagnet current feedback decreases the velocity transfer coefficients and thus increases the signal speed.

    Calculation of parameters and evaluation of the possibility of using chain compensated contact suspension with lever for a three-phase traction power supply system

    A variant of application of a contact compensated chain suspension with levers and lateral current collection for a three-phase traction power supply system (TSTE) is considered. Two different-phase contact suspensions are located on different sides of the track axis. The electric rolling stock must have two current collectors that press on the contact wire from the track axis in opposite directions. The description of the design of the contact suspension as a whole and the main components, in particular, the fastening of the rods, which makes it possible to provide a vertical zigzag and limit the transverse movement of the contact wire, is made. At points at the supports, the levers are connected to the consoles and have a knot to create angular rigidity. In addition, the rotation of these levers is limited towards the axis of the path and in the opposite direction. This prevents the possibility of lashing of different-phase contact wires. In accordance with this design, a mathematical model of this contact suspension was developed based on the finite element method, which provides calculation in statics and dynamics, taking into account the current collector. To describe the pantograph, a common three-mass model is used. Based on the analysis of the results obtained using this model, the influence of the design parameters of the suspension, cross wind and the speed of the pantograph movement on the quality of the current collection is determined, the limits of applicability of the suspension under consideration, depending on the value of these parameters, are established. It has been determined that, in contrast to a conventional contact suspension with a vertical current collection, for suspensions with a lateral current collection, a side wind has a significant effect on the quality of the current collection. It is the wind speed that is the main factor limiting the possibility of using a suspension with lateral current collection.

    Mathematical modeling of vertical dynamics of locomotives of a new generation

    In article on the basis of the analysis of design undercarriage locomotives of new generation built the design scheme and formed their mathematical model of the vertical dynamics. Using already known techniques simplify the mathematical models derived a mathematical model of the vertical dynamics of the conditional «uniaxial» locomotive of the new generation and the calculations of the dynamic and traction qualities of the train crew with parameters passenger locomotive EP2K.

    Analysis of operating performance of freight trains and its ways of increasing

    The analysis of the operational efficiency of freight cars circulating on the Russian railways, shows a lack of basic truck models 18-100 and its modifications and foreign counterparts. We propose a method for increasing the efficiency of the dynamic properties of the freight car with a cart, which has a new design of spring suspension, based on the principle of compensation of external disturbances and presented its advantages.

    Influence of parameters and operating modes traction power supply system on efficiency of energy recovery use

    The article analyzes the influence of parameters and operating modes of traction power supply system on the value of the useful energy recovery and the amount of electricity losses caused by the energy recovery through the traction power system to various consumers. The amount of energy lost in recuperation determines the degree of efficiency of its use. The approaches to the sequential determination of the recuperation energy efficiency and the calculation of the numerical values of the quantities characterizing the parameters of the traction power supply system, which are necessary for an adequate analysis of the energy distribution flow distribution, are proposed. It is determined that it is sufficient to use the regression analysis method to estimate the influence of the parameters and operating conditions of the traction power system on the energy efficiency of the recovery. The values of the relative resistance of the contact network are calculated depending on the type of the contact suspension, as well as on the traction network supply circuits. It is shown that the parameters and operating modes of traction power supply system affect the losses in the contact network, the losses in rectifier-inverter converters and traction transformers of direct current traction substations, the amount of energy recovery from tires of traction substations, as well as the relative change in losses in the system traction power supply with the use of regenerative braking.

    Investigation of the dry friction power influence inthe units of the mounting convoys on the change ofanchor site length tension of the of theelectrificated railway

    The traffic speed increasing on the railways makes strict requirements to the supporting and supporting structures of the contact network, as well as to the parameters and indicators of the contact suspension. The presence of dry friction in the cantilever attachment points indicates a negative effect on the accuracy of adjusting the wires of the contact suspension and on its parameters. The article presents the results of studies of the dry friction value in the console fastening points depending on the type of the contact suspension and suggests a method for reducing friction in the console attachment points. The results of calculations of the effect of friction in the console attachment points on the tension variation along the length of the anchor section are presented.
