    Cas of keeping of inside factory claotype transport

    On an inside factory industrial transport different transporting machines (railway faucets, motovozy, electric locomotives and other), moving on a claotype way, are used. For realization of the required manipulation loads the transporting machines indicated higher must be stopped at one or another points (positions) of claotype way with high enough exactness, that is provided with a help.     Erspective ecologically safe shumo-vibroprotective materials for cars of locomotive draft

    Article considers modern shumo-vibroprotective materials for car building. Security measure of the person from vibration in cars are constructive improvements, applica-tion of means of external vibroprotection by uprugodempfiruyushchy materials and devices which take place between a source of vibration and the person, and also continuous control of serviceabil-ity of cars and their timely scheduled preventive repair as in use and wear there is an expressed strengthening of vibration. Considering that constructional features of cars provide compliance "To health regulations on the organization of passenger traffic on railway transport" in the course of formation of structures and at operation of cars there are the technical problems caused by aging (technical wear) cars, a detsentrovka, defects of a way, etc. that leads in practice to deterioration of an acoustic mode of internal rooms of cars. Comparative researches of sound-absorbing properties of a material from aramide fiber and ecologically safe material NOL-1A(B) are conducted. Decrease in noise levels in rooms of cars, due to use of modern materials is experimentally established. NO-L-1A use in a design of air ducts of cars of locomotive draft allows to reduce considerably noise level in rooms, and to raise ecological characteristics of cars.

    Assessment of operational characteristics of transport knot

    In article the problem of determination of length of turn of structures, the total loading capacity of the transport which isn't provided with freight, quantity of freight of the transport knot which is in a timepoint in a warehouse on the basis of definition of distribution of a random variable of the freight expecting loading or unloading, and also the free capacity of vehicles taking into account restrictions on the capacity of warehouses is considered. During the solution of a task the following assumptions are accepted: capacity of cargo handling devices of transport knot isn't limited; time of the translation of giving of cars for the pogruzoch-but-unloading front and back isn't considered. The structure is understood as conditional structure which loading capacity is equal to the total loading capacity of some party of real structures, and the moment of its arrival - to the arrival moment on transport knot of the last of them. The received results can be used for determination of optimum values of warehouse capacities and a technological stock of freight of transport knot at the set goods turnover.

    Substantiation and development of a generalized approach to modeling of dynamic interaction in the process of vibrational technological surface hardening parts transport machines

    The hypothesis of formation of vibration conditions of a working environment based on representation that process of formation of interaction of elements in systems with not holding connections is considered as the process consisting of several phases is offered. Those are: contact phases at which reaction of connection is positive; a phase of a transition state when reaction is equal to zero; a gap phase in which the contacting surfaces can make the independent movements. Research problems are focused on specification of theoretical ideas of dynamic interactions of a solid body with the vibrating surface on the basis of the developed mathematical models received at introduction of additional external forces and elastic connections. Dynamic interactions of elements are considered; analytical approaches in an assessment of opportunities of vibration technological processes with continuous tossing of a working environment are defined and developed. The generalized approach for problems of dynamic synthesis which basis is introduction of concept about the function of a gap allowing to prove creation of trajectories of movements of material particles according to the certain criteria reflecting properties of trajectories of the movement of material particles in interaction with the vibrating surface is offered. The method of creation of mathematical models of formation of vibration interactions taking into account the factors having technological value or criteria to which conditions of realization of the multiple modes, influence of additional forces and elastic connections belong is developed. Within the generalized approach to the solution of problems of dynamic interaction of the loose environment with the vibrating surface possibilities of use of function of a gap for an assessment and research of forms of the movement of material particles according to influence of a number of the factors reflecting parameters of a vibration field, condition of interactions with environment and features of formation of the periodic modes of tossing are considered. The theorem of conditions and opportunities of realization of the steady modes of interaction with the vibrating surface is proved. The analytical ratios defining conditions of realization of forms of processes of interaction of a loose working environment with details in technologies of vibration hardening are received. Results of approbation of recommendations about creation of technological processes in the annex to an industrial technological complex are proposed.

    Peculiarities of the technical railway stations’ development within the transit transport nodes of the far east region

    One of the priority areas of economic development of the Far East Region is focused on the communications with the countries of the Asia-Pacific Region. The region is crossed by the largest railways, such as Trans-Sib and Baikal-Amur, which have an access to the Far East seaports that promotes the growth of international trade operations and the increase of the transit traffic in the region. An expansion of transport and economic relations of our country in the Far East Region, the implementation of a considerable number of extractive industry programs ​​ within Baikal-Amur Region, the development of the sea ports of the Far East Region will cause the growth of the workload on the rail infrastructure that is impossible without its development and modernization. An important role in the transport process belongs to the technical stations, which handle all transit trains traffic. Therefore, at the current state, the consideration of the aspects of choosing the rational variants of railway transit nodes’ development with allowance for the environmental factors is timely.

    A set-theoretic model of terminal network

    The subject of the study - is a terminal network. The purpose of this study is to develop a set-theoretic model of terminal network. Research methodology bases on set theory, theory of transport systems, General systems theory and the author's methodology of terminalistics. In this study describes of the terminal network, its key elements and its logistics facilities; the factors affecting the composition and configuration of the terminal network. Also this study develops the model of the terminal network as a logistics chain, and its proposed integrated set-theoretic model of the terminal network of the region. A graphic model of the terminal network as a supply chain presents in the study. The task of finding the best option terminal network in this formulation becomes a three-tier and two-stage. The results of the study can be used as mathematical tools in the design, planning, development and evaluation of objects of terminal and warehouse infrastructure of Russian Railways.

    Reducing the time maintenance of station track circuits of railway automation

    This article discusses the process of maintenance of railway automation devices. The aim of the work is to reduce labor costs for maintenance of track circuits of railway automation. Presents the method for automating the process of checking on the shunt track circuits shunting sensitivity of track circuit by at cross-rack and scheme of the device that implements this method. The values of shunt resistance equivalent to the imposition of regulatory shunt at predetermined points of the track circuit are calculated. The results obtained in the paper can be used for the improvement of systems of automation of existing railways.

    The rationale for the creation of dry ports for efficient functioning of the far eastern transport hub

    Currently, much attention is paid to the creation of terminal «dry port» for maintenance of traffic node. «Dry port» is one of the possible ways to increase capacity of the transport node. The capacity of transport node depends on the following interrelated elements: infrastructure solutions, technological, technical, organizational, and exogenous. Insufficiency of technical equipment, low level of production culture, informational inconsistency - lead to excessive downtime of vehicles at berths and terminal and warehouse facilities of the port. Technical devices, shunting locomotives, lifting and transport equipment cannot cope with the increasing flow of transportation of containers and cargo, leading to paralysis of the movement of freight flows. The result is the accumulation of cars at the entrances to the transportation hub the formation of «abandoned» trains. The lack of logistics management principles of traffic promotion in the organization of multimodal transport required a modern approach to organization of effective work of the transport node. In this work the effective interaction between various types of transport in the transport node is represented in the form of a set-theoretic model. Considered the elements that contribute to the throughput of dry ports and sea port. The efficiency of technological processes systems of interaction of railway and marine transport in the node depends on the following conditions: the actual time of wagons in transportation must comply with regulatory process time; organization supply wagons in accordance with the processing capabilities of the cargo platforms; ensuring the maximum amount of overload of goods on the «direct option». To implement these conditions it is necessary to organize the interaction of different modes of transport in the transport node together with the terminal «dry port» in the system «terminal - station - port», in which the capacity of the railway component of the transport node is treated comprehensively along with the «dry port». Further technical and technological development of transport nodes is organization of cargo handling outside the port terminal «dry port».

    Displaying the changing linear transformers parameters in the systems of rail automatics and telemechanics

    This article is devoted to the investigation of the internal parameters of transformers used for power supply of railway automatic and telemechanic devices. In this paper, the change in the nomogram of the impedance area of a power transformer is considered when changing the parameters of the replacement circuit of this transformer. The possibility of visualizing the change in the parameters of a transformer using the mathematical apparatus of conformal mappings is shown. The nomograms of the input resistance of the single-phase oil transformer are constructed with a change in the value of the insulation resistance and the transient resistance at the junction points. Based on the constructed nomograms, conclusions were drawn on the behavior of the input impedance region of the transformer in various situations.
