33-47The paper is vibration investigation in a case of guiding of railroad vehicle in curves with low radius. Experimental methods. Examine results of the investigation of vibrations on box bearing of railroad locomotive in a case of mountain trucking with large count of curves with low radius. It is show, that in a case of locomotive guiding in a low radius curves a pseudo-random vibration arise. The level of the pseudo-random vibration in a low radius curves exceeds the vibration in the rail joint, but vibration in the guiding is semi continuous. In a case of locomotive working, also the harmonics of gearing is shown. The spectral density of vibration accelerations is presented in a three-dimensional form, coded in color on a two-dimensional time-frequency diagram for estimating the vibration spectra and their probable sources. -

39-44The aim of the work, the results of which are presented in this article, is to a study of the impact of physical and mechanical properties of rail steel on the parameters of the spectrum emission. The experimental results were obtained by method of atomic emission spectroscopy (AES) in argon. Performed quantitative analysis material of the rail steel and built a multi-dimensional graduations of the description of the spectral lines correlate with changes in the hardness of steel. 86-94Evaluation of fatigue life is based on the use of basic fatigue curves. However, due to large va-riety of possible design solutions basic fatigue curves cannot be calculated for all cases. In addi-tion, the production practice has a significant influence on the durability of structural elements. To predict the fatigue durability using the traditional method we need to consider the influence of structural and technological factors by introducing the correction coefficients established on the basis of the experience and accumulated experimental data. The correction coefficients are widely used in calculating the resource elements by domestic and foreign construction firms. Using the traditional method the match of the projected longevity and durability resulted in a bench test struc-tures are not always satisfactory. Often by conducting rapid analysis the sufficient fatigue curves absent, the closest in characteristics among the available are selected. The article presents the im-proved technique of numerical fatigue life prediction of structural elements by using the modified fatigue curves, considering the impact of structural and technological features of the products of the actual design. The results of calculated estimate of the resistance of fatigue thin-walled struc-tures and their comparison with experimental data are presented. On the basis of the work carried out was drawn the conclusion that by using the method of calculation of fatigue longevity using modified fatigue curves , considering the structural features fragments of products, the convergence of the results of predicting fatigue life and test bench results obtained higher than by using tradi-tional techniques. -

104-113Special attention on the Belarusian Railway is paid to the issues of operation of curved-linear sections of the track, since in the framework of solving the problem of increasing train speeds; one of the significant obstacles to changing the speed regime is the discrepancy between the actual position of the curve of the project documentation. The automated systems of mobile diagnostic tools used on the road fully allow us to evaluate the actual parameters of the curves, which can form the basis for modeling the desired positions of the curves for the purpose of their certification. For this purpose, various orders and orders are drawn up annually, which set the main parameters of the curves in the plan and level, as well as the volume of work on the reconstruction (modernization) of the curves in order to bring them to the project documentation. In the Methodology introduced at the Belarusian Railways for evaluating the actual parameters of the installation of curves of track sections, general provisions given for the regulations that determine the procedure for performing actions when performing qualitative and quantitative assessments of the parameters of the geometry of the rail track. Depending on the state of the actual parameters, it is assumed that the curve will be assigned a certain status, which determines the order of its further operation, and depending on the ratio of the actual parameters relative to the design parameters, the degree of violation. The parametric analysis of this technique allowed us to generalize the results of structural, functional and informational analyses of the order of assessment of the level of disorder of curves, with assigning them the appropriate status, and the value of indicators that determine the degree of violation. The study of the parameters of curved sections revealed discrepancies in the qualitative and quantitative estimates of the same track sections, as well as the need for a comprehensive assessment of the actual and design parameters of the rail gauge geometry. -

108-116The article discusses the design features of the mechanical and crew parts of the passenger electric locomotive DC EP2K, which directly have or causes an impact on the rail track. The purpose of the work is to consider the features of the interaction of the crew and the track when moving this electric locomotive in small radius curves by evaluating the forces arising in the "wheel-rail" contact of the three-axle bogies of the EP2K electric locomotive under these conditions. The need to solve such a problem is caused by the results of the analysis of statistical data on the wear of the ridges of the wheels of EP2K electric locomotives. These electric locomotives are operated at the united railway landfill, where there are a large number of curved sections, including curves of small radius. To achieve this goal, a design scheme of a three-axle trolley of an EP2K electric locomotive has been compiled, which allows a quantitative assessment of the forces acting in contact with the wheel ridges with the relay heads. According to the calculation scheme, a system of equations has been compiled, the solution of which makes it possible to estimate the forces between the ridge and the inner face of the rail head. Based on the results of the calculation of the guiding forces of the wheel pairs of the three-axle bogie of the EP2K electric locomotive, it is concluded that the values of the guiding force acting on the second wheel pair are comparable to the forces acting on the first and third wheel pairs, and in some variants even exceed the values of these forces. The obtained results can be used for further research on the development of measures aimed at reducing the wear of the ridges of the wheels of electric locomotives of the EP2K series under operating conditions. -

112-118In the article the issues on creation of branch of track width when changing it in the curved track with radius less than 350 m. Presented the existing methods of widening or narrowing the width of the track in the curves section of track. We propose a method of change of gauge in curved track is from 1520 to 1530 or 1535 mm. to the Proposed method of drainage of the track width is carried out by the existing structures of the elements of the superstructure. The proposed method of drainage of the track width gives a smooth fit of the rolling stock in curve track section and provides the requirements of the applicable standards. -
