The article is devoted to the method of contactless diagnostics of the contact network of electrified Railways. The paper proposes to use a method for diagnostics of the contact network based on optical elements, followed by digital data processing and calculation of geometric parameters. This method is characterized by a low cost of the device in contrast to analogues and high accuracy of calculation. The analysis and selection of optimal installation locations for optical devices is given. The method of contactless diagnostics of wires of the contact network of electrified Railways is presented. -

79-85This paper describes an algorithm evaluating the effectiveness of energy-saving devices and technologies, based on the methods of mathematical statistics. Diagram presented in the article. It can be applied in the traction system and power supply without traction. Approbation of the algorithm is executed in the traction power supply system. The developed algorithm includes five stages: 1. Stage calculate the required number of observations. The basis of this stage is to evaluate the dispersion and calculating on it the desired number of observations. 2. Stage of the collection and processing of data obtained before the implementation of energy-saving devices and technologies. Collection is carried out on of electricity consumption and factors influencing the process of electricity consumption. Processing includes the calculation of the correlation matrix, the coefficients of determination and the parameters of the regression equation. 3. Stage of the collection and processing of data obtained after the implementation of energy-saving devices and technologies. Data collection is carried out according to the parameters selected in step 2 and the processing is done by the calculation of the parameters of the regression equation. 4. Stage of comparing the data before and after the introduction of energy saving devices and technologies. Comparison of the data obtained before and after the introduction of energy saving devices and technologies produced using the Chow test and nonparametric mathematical statistics such as omega-square (Lehmann-Rosenblatt). 5. Stage of calculating electric power saving. The calculation is made on the consumption of electricity obtained by the regression equation before the introduction of energy-saving devices or technology by substituting the values of the factor after implementation and actual consumption of electricity after the introduction of energy-saving devices or technology. Approbation of the algorithm was successful. -

106-114Coal is one of the main sources of energy of the 21st century. New plasma-energy technologies are being developed to improve the efficiency of coal combustion. Today, pulverized coal CHP plants worldwide generate more than 50% of electric and thermal energy, the share of coal in the fuel balance of the CHP is growing. At the same time, the quality of coal is reduced. Traditional methods of reducing fuel oil consumption at thermal power plants (increasing the dispersion of the grinding dust, high preheating of the air mixture and secondary air, etc.) used to improve fuel ignition and burning stabilization, have exhausted themselves, therefore a radical increase in fuel efficiency can only be associated with the development and development of completely new technologies. Plasma technology seems to be the most promising among the alternative technologies available to solve the above problems. This technology provides a significant increase in economic efficiency and environmental performance of power plants operating on solid fuel. -

109-129This article discusses the directions of digitalization of the transport industry, both in the Russian Federation and in foreign countries. The characteristic of the directions of digitalization of the transport industry as elements of the technological revolution (industry 4.0) is presented. The review of approaches and various digital platforms used for digitalization of the transport industry to identify and analyze the main vectors of development in the field of digitalization of the transport industry. Comparative data on the costs of the digital economy and R&D in Europe, the USA and Russia are presented. The large-scale penetration of digital technologies is shown, both at the managerial level and at the technological level, which in turn allows enterprises to make timely operational decisions during operational activities in order to increase the asset utilization rate, and also allows for the integration of all business processes of the enterprise through the use of IT technologies in the process approach of determining the relationship of business processes, four main directions of digitalization processes in the transport industry are identified The main directions of digitalization processes in the transport industry are highlighted. Examples of the introduction of digital technologies in road and rail transport in Russia and the world are given. The work of local digital information platforms in a single digital platform of the transport complex is reviewed. The advantages of using digital information platforms are shown. A model of a unified digital transport business-logistics ecosystem is proposed. -

126-135Improving the efficiency of the main activities of JSC «Russian Railways» is currently a relevant and significant issue. According to the provisions of the company main strategic documents, the key performance indicators for the locomotives are to be improved by 2025 and continue so until 2035. The paper deals with the analysis of problems and proposals for improving the management of electric locomotives that carry most of goods on the railways of the Russian Federation. The paper analyzes the possibilities to improve the main operational indicators of locomotive complex by increasing the efficiency of the organization of electric locomotives operation. One of the key performance indicators of the locomotive complex is the average daily performance of electric locomotives. To improve this indicator, it is necessary to increase the amount of work per unit of electric traction rolling stock. The given paper proposes two ways to achieve this. Firstly, it is the qualitative improvement of advantageous locomotives, increasing their traction properties; secondly, the improvement of the technology used to manage traction systems. The paper shows that in order to achieve the company targets, JSC «Russian Railways» has to necessarily implement the second solution, namely, introduce and improve the polygon technologies for managing traction resources and switch to extended railroad hauls of electric locomotives. The paper presents the main requirements and conditions for implementing these technical solutions. -

131-140The article presents the results of research of a point magneto-induction sensor based on a mathematical model, which allows you to increase the reliability of automated systems for diagnosing technical condition rolling stock in the course of train movement by improvement the accuracy of the initial information, that is, the moments of fixation passing of wheelset axles over magneto-induction sensors. At the first stage of developing a stigmatic mathematical model the analytical dependence of the value of the magnetic flux in the magnetic core and the output EMF value on resistance of the air gap between the sensor and the wheel crest. At the second stage of development of the mathematical model found time dependence of the magnetic resistance of the air gap between the core of the magneto-induction sensor and the comb wheels of a railway car moving along a straight track at a constant speed. On the basis of application the developed stigmatic model allows evaluating the energy parameters of magneto-induction sensors depending on the properties of modern magnetic materials. The simulation results showed that the MMF value is constant the magnet determines the main parameters of magneto-induction sensors, so the use of modern magnets based on rare earth they allow to eliminate the traditional disadvantage of outdated types of magneto-induction sensors, that is, to reduce their size and weight. The application of the proposed stigmatic model expands the scope of possible solutions to extreme problems for selection and justification parameters of magneto-induction sensors, helps to improve the accuracy of systems for diagnosing the technical condition of the car fleet and traffic safety on railway transport.
