10-18When modeling the traction power supply systems, reflecting the processes of interaction of electric traction power supply and mobile electrical loads (electric and electric) is one of the elements of movement imitation organization trains in space. However, in this case, there really is not the processes taking place in reality. While EPS previous cell is switched off and switched on the next cell. Thus there does not exist in reality switching processes that distort the results of the studies. Methods to reduce the negative consequences of such distortions are addressed in this article. -

47-54The deterministic evaluation of the durability of railway rolling stock structures according to fatigue safety factors, established by regulatory requirements, does not fully take into account the random nature of loads that cause the accumulation of fatigue damages, the operation rate (operating time), does not allow to evaluate the operating life and its depletion over the service lifetime. At the same time, with the development of heavy and high-speed traffic, as well as due to the introduction of technical regulations, the task to evaluate and substantiate the assigned service lifetime and operating life of railway vehicles are becoming more important. The subject of the study, the results of which are presented in this article, was the fatigue strength of elements of locomotive basic parts. The purpose of the work was the prediction of their limit state by the operating life of critical elements. In the present work, design and experimental studies have been performed with running dynamic and strength tests of the locomotive in the entire range of operating speeds of its running, determining the stress-strain state of structures using strain-gauge methods, calculating safety factors with the probabilistic estimate of the fatigue strength of parts. According to results obtained, the influence of the operation loading performance on the fatigue strength margin and its depletion during the element operating life is shown. According to the results of this work, it can be concluded that main indicators of the strength, operating life and service lifetime of the locomotive make it possible to compare and link their key parameters for the subsequent analysis, substantiation, rating and control of safe operating life of railway equipment. -

59-69A method to an assessment of influence on the expenditure of electrical energy for traction of trains, parameters of graphic time-table in the conditions of using the regenerative braking is being considered in the article. The retrieval of version with the minimal using of energy is based on the modeling of graphic time-table by different train-to-train intervals in the conditions of burst-mode access’ organization on the railway section. By results of modeling it is proposed to represent the derived dependence by changing of electrical energy’s expenditure on parameters of graphic time-table in the form of analytic function of several variables n-order forthe following using by normative plotting of movement for the purpose of curtailing electrical energy’s expenditure for traction on the trains. -

Interaction of pulse magnetic field and conductive shield is simulated using finite difference time domain method. Frequency and time dependencies for the shield impedances are shown. Also pictures of electromagnetic field distribution near shielding are presented. Time dependencies of electric field on the shield external and internal borders are shown. -

77-87Efficient use of railway rolling stock is an important aspect of the transportation industry. The presence of wagons on access roads plays a significant role in the overall performance of logistics chains. The article discusses the main approaches to rationing the time spent by wagons, analyzes existing problems and suggests optimization techniques based on modern technological solutions. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodology for rationing the time spent by wagons on access roads, aimed at reducing downtime and increasing the speed of cargo turnover without compromising the quality of cargo handling. The research method includes an analysis of the current state of operation of access roads, identification of the main problems and limitations, as well as the application of the principles of queuing theory. The technological and interoperable components of the time spent by wagons on access roads, including unproductive downtime, are considered. Special attention is paid to the complexity of applying the analytical method due to the difficulties of classifying access roads, the need for accurate data collection and the approximation of the formulas used. The scope of the results includes planning and optimizing the operation of access roads of industrial enterprises, terminals and warehouse complexes integrated into multimodal supply chains. The proposed methodology makes it possible to take into account the specifics of technological operations, the technical characteristics of rolling stock and infrastructural constraints. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of reducing the downtime of wagons, improving the use of rolling stock and increasing the overall efficiency of the transport system. The implementation of the proposed approaches contributes to the adaptation of access roads to changes in external and internal conditions, as well as the integration of advanced technologies into logistics process management. -

85-95A significant share of JSCo «Russian Railways» expenses falls on the purchase of diesel fuel and electric power for train traction. In this connection, the task of ensuring rational consumption of energy resources acquires special importance. Its solution is impossible without a well-functioning system for planning and forecasting the energy efficiency of locomotives. The article proposes a method for predicting specific energy consumption (SEC) for train traction, based on determining predicted values of transportation work and fuel and energy resources consumption by extrapolating time series, which consists in spreading the trends in changes in the values established in the past to the future period. A distinctive features of the developed method is the determination of seasonality indices and consideration of the rhythm of changes in the indicators. In cases where the forecast period includes months of the first or fourth quarters, a formula is proposed for determining the forecast value of the SEC, taking into account the influence of the atmospheric air temperature. The calculations performed showed that the application of the proposed method for structural divisions with different volume and nature of transportation work and the level of the SEC ensures a sufficiently high accuracy of train traction energy cost forecasting. The method is included in the Methodology for Analysis and Prediction of Fuel and Energy Resources Consumption for Traction of Trains developed by OmGUPS and implemented in the railroad network of the Russian Federation. -

96-104The authors propose a model of justification of the duration of the operation liner-tamping-straightening and construction machinery. Using this model, we can evaluate the efficiency and reliability of machines on any object. This allows you to most reliably predict the timing of production of certain types of works and their cost at the design stage. The article presents the indicators of full-scale tests and the estimation of reliability of manufacturing operations. One of the main factors of reliability of work of construction machines is the utilization of their time. All normative documents are obsolete data on the utilization of machines during the working time, which need updating, as the machines are constantly improving. To assess the reliability of working machines, the authors developed a database of the results of field tests liner-tamping-straightening machines, cranes, excavators, bulldozers, pipe layers, drilling rigs and dredges. To prove the validity of database values according to the results of full-scale tests were carried out two stages of verification: logical and mathematical. After sampling in accordance with GOST R 8.736-2011 was verified that it belongs to the law of normal distribution using the criterion of Pearson agreement. It was further calculated the reliability and risk of the planned volume of work in scheduled period of time. When it was considered the utilization ratio of machines time and the risk of deviation from the mean. The proposed approach to the assessment of duration of liner-tamping-straightening and construction machinery can be extended to any type of equipment and will allow to obtain numerical values for evaluating the reliability of production work in the scheduled time, which is very important in the construction, repair and maintenance. -

109-118The algorithm of constructing the confidence interval of the model estimating the reliability of liner-tamping-straightening machines. The basis for assessing the reliability of transport-technological process initiated the concept of reliability, as the probability of reaching a liner-tamping-straightening machines ultimate goal in the manufacture of track work. One of the main factors reliability of track machines is the utilization of their time and availability to work. The guidelines are outdated factor data used during the working time that must be updated, as the machines are constantly being improved. According to the results of field testing of the liner-tamping-straightening machines was established database of values of the coefficients of availability and utilization over time. The data base values were recorded, the last two stages of verification: logical and mathematical. In the article the example of constructing a confidence interval values of the coefficient of use of time depending on the complex index of reliability: availability. To create the model formed the sample values from the database. After sampling in accordance with GOST R 8.736-2011 State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. The direct measurement repeated. Methods of processing the results of measurements were tested for their adherence to the law of normal distribution using the goodness of fit Pearson. Then built a model of the utilization of time depending on the availability liner-tamping-straightening machines (regression equation) and the confidence interval of the model. 115-124In article the algorithm of operation of the existing regime automatic equipment of transforming aggregates is considered. Earlier it was read that use of automatic equipment of switching on switch-off of reserve transforming aggregates is an effective remedy of lowering of losses in case of regulation of power of substation depending on tractive loading. Defining factors of assessment of efficiency of automatic equipment are the current and temporal settings, and also restriction of number of switchings in days. The analysis of diagrams of tractive loading showed that there is rather large number of temporal intervals where operation of automatic equipment is ineffective. On the one hand it is connected to the fact that loading is above a point of equality of losses in case of one and two transforming aggregates quite short time, and automatic equipment connects the reserve transforming aggregate already in the course of lowering of loading and disconnects it after a temporal setting. On the other hand - operating restriction of number of switchings of the reserve transforming aggregate in days doesn't allow to gain the considerable economic effect. The decision on use of regime automatic equipment with the existing settings can be the positive if at the same time the estimated effect in the form of abbreviation of losses of the electric power is above cumulative damage from switching of the reserve transforming aggregate. Regime automatic equipment in most cases, it is necessary to consider not as means of obtaining economic effect, and as means of reliability augmentation of operation of semiconductor rectifiers at the peak moments of loading what in turn influences reliability of electrical power supply of pull of trains in general. -

119-128Non-public railway tracks and junction stations of mainline railway transport are the most important links of the «railway - clients» system. At these points, car traffic is generated and extinguished, as well as information and documents are exchanged. When organizing interaction, it is necessary to take into account the interests of not only the carrier and the owner (user) of the non-public track, but also the owners of rolling stock. The most effective solution is to develop an automated interaction management system. The purpose of the work is to determine the factors that lead to idle of cars while waiting for technological operations to be performed with them. This will allow you to find control solutions aimed at eliminating (reducing) the negative impact on the operation of the “railway - clients” system. To achieve this, an algorithm has been developed for the presence of a car on non-public railway tracks, and factors that have a negative impact on the idle of cars on non-public tracks have been identified. The proposed algorithm is the basis for developing a mathematical model for calculating the time spent by a car on non-public tracks. The presence of cars on non-public tracks is presented as a control object for the subsequent development of an automated control system for the interaction of junction stations and non-public tracks. It will have a comprehensive approach to calculating the costs and risks of all participants in the «railway - clients» system. -

127-134The article discusses the operation of systems for interval regulation of train traffic based on a digital radio channel in the absence of radio communication. The aim of the study is to determine the maximum allowable time for the absence of radio communication between the radio blocking center and a moving train in the interval control system. Criteria are proposed that allow assessing traffic safety, as well as reducing the throughput of train traffic in interval control of train traffic systems. The results of calculating the maximum permissible time of radio communication absence in interval control of train traffic systems for freight trains are obtained. Taking into account the maximum allowable time for the absence of radio communication will completely eliminate the likelihood of a dangerous convergence of trains and ensure compliance with the allowable speed mode with a minimum interval of freight trains.
