    Substantiation of reconstruction parametersrailway for introducing speed movementwith account uncertainty initial information

    Increasing speeds on existing railway lines is one of the main challenges facing the Belarusian railway. Through the territory of the republic there are two transport corridors connecting Russia and Western Europe, as well as Ukraine and the Baltic countries. In all of the above countries, the increase in speed on the railways is very fast. Belarus can not stand aside. However, to increase the speed, it is not always enough initial information. To identify the necessary data, methods of decision theory are used. The integral probabilistic criterion method (CPI) allows one to substantiate the road parameters necessary for introducing high-speed traffic on existing lines. The proposed method of decision-making on the choice of technical parameters and equipment of the line, taking into account the uncertainty in the re-design for the high-speed movement of passenger trains. The initial data for determining the CPI is a risk matrix or a matrix of particular criteria. When using the risk matrix for each design decision option i, the dependences of the expectation of losses on the probability of realization of the design conditions p varying in the range from 0 to 1 are compiled. In the article on the proposed methodology, the reduced costs for the variants of design solutions are determined under all possible design conditions. Using these costs, a matrix of private criteria and a risk matrix are formed. A comparison was made of the design decision options for the integral probabilistic criterion, using which the recommendation of choosing the option is unambiguous and is accompanied by a quantitative assessment, which facilitates the task to the decision maker.

    Busan transport hub development for trans-korean railway transportation

    The integration of the railways of South and North Korea will make it possible to form an international Eurasian transport corridor and ensure the transportation of goods produced in the Republic of Korea by rail. Today, South Korean cargo owners, due to the island situation, use mainly sea transport. The organization of transportation on the Trans-Korean Railway with access to the Trans-Siberian Railway and the railways of China and Mongolia will give advantages to shippers in terms of cost and time of cargo delivery. The implementation of the project on the reunification of the Trans-Korean Railway will lead to an increase in the volume of cargo and container transportation, including in rail-sea communication. In the Republic of Korea, the main transport hub is the port of Busan, which is served by rail and road transport. The Busan transport hub includes two seaports - the new and old Busan ports, railway stations serving the container terminals of the port, as well as rear terminals to which container delivery is carried out by road. Every year, the share of rail transport for the import and export of containers to the terminals of the port of Busan is less than 7 % and continues to decrease. This dynamic is associated with the presence of infrastructure, economic and technological problems of interaction between rail and sea transport in the port of Busan. The subject of this study is the analysis of the processes of interaction between different modes of transport in the new port of Busan. The purpose of the work is to develop measures to increase the capacity of the railway component of the Busan transport hub for the organization of trans-Korean transport within the framework of the Eurasian transport system. In this paper we used theoretical methods of research, including a systematic analysis and synthesis of information. As a result of the analysis of the technical equipment, operating technology and the existing railway infrastructure of the New Port of Busan, the presence of «bottlenecks» in the functioning of the «railway - seaport» system was revealed, which hinder the effective process of container transportation. The paper considers infrastructure, technological and organizational measures to increase the processing capacity of Busan transport hub facilities. The implementation of the measures under consideration will require time to change and restructure the system of interaction of transport in the process of container transshipment. It is necessary to determine the stages of infrastructure changes based on the forecast of future traffic volumes, including using simulation modeling.

    Assessment of the noise impact of rolling stock on the residential area

    The article shows the relevance of the problem of noise pollution of the environment by railway transport. The purpose of the research is to assess by calculation and instrumental methods the compliance of the existing noise levels in the residential area near the railway tracks with sanitary standards, to propose a set of noise protection measures and to substantiate their acoustic efficiency. The applied methods for measuring and calculating the equivalent and maximum noise levels of the rolling stock comply with the requirements of regulatory documents. The authors took into account the features of the propagation and shielding of sound waves in the existing residential area, background noise, and the traffic intensity of trains of various categories. The results of measurements, calculations and estimates of the noise generated by the rolling stock in the residential area in Omsk are presented. A significant excess of the maximum permissible equivalent and maximum noise levels in residential areas has been established. Comparison of the calculated and measured noise values, taking into account the standard uncertainty of the calculation methods and the expanded measurement uncertainty, showed quite satisfactory convergence of the results obtained and confirmed a significant excess of the sanitary noise standards. A set of measures is proposed to reduce the noise of railway rolling stock at the source of its occurrence and on the path of its propagation in the existing residential area. The dimensions of the embankments of the two sections of the railway tracks allow the installation of screens of low height up to 38 cm, the geometry of which is designed so that, in terms of reflection of the noise emitted by the rolling stock, they are at least equivalent to a standard noise protection wall 2 m high. For the track section located in the recess, it is proposed to install a noise barrier 6 m high and at least 1 km long. Its acoustic efficiency was calculated.

    Algorithms and structural solutions for construction the system of monitoring and electricity metering on the feeders of the contact network

    We propose the concept of the new system for monitoring and electricity metering on the feeders of the D.C. contact network. The system is based on previously designed prototype that has been put into operation, and differs from it in new solutions that allow to achieve greater mobility and simple scalability. We describe the basic technical solutions, the system functions as well as its potential.

    An approach for automated quality estimation of preventive maintenance in regional communication center

    Railway telecommunications are inherent facilities participating in the organization of efficient and safe transport process. Generally, reliable operation of telecommunication devices is provided by the implementation of preventive maintenance that quality analysis is performed on the incidents during the latest reporting period. The possibility of experimental estimation using computer techniques surely has advantages. In the paper, we have defined an objective of the development of a simulation model of the operation process of railway telecommunications so as to assess the inherent availability and maintenance quality indicator. The model allows carrying out a computer experiment and estimation of the abovementioned measures in an automated way taking into account the following input parameters: failure rates, periodicity and length of maintenance, time of repair, the probability of erroneous actions of service staff and the probability of spare and replacement parts lack.

    Experimental validation of the model of the coaxial cable with the broad frequencies spectrum

    Developed Methodology let make the calculation of coaxial cable parameters with account of the frequency of the transmitted signal. The comparative analysis of parameters of RC 50-7-28 and RG142 cables has been made with the values have been got by the measuring with the circuit analyzer according to the reference book with the results of the calculations. Check the accuracy of the calculation has pointed out the necessity for account of complementary factors for the purpose of much more correct account cable attenuation in the frequency spectrum.

    About the integrated approach to the analysis and control the energy efficiency of the structural subdivisions of railway transport

    In the article the questions of increase of efficiency of structural subdivisions, members of the directorates of the West Siberian railway - branch of JSC "Russian Railways", such as infrastructure Directorate, Directorate railcar rolling stock and the Directorate of buildings and structures. The aim of this work is to identify structural units with the lowest energy efficiency indicators. This requires estimation of an indicator such as relative energy efficiency over a period of time equal to one calendar year, based on data of annual consumption of electric energy and annual volume of enterprise work. The article also outlines the main provisions of the concept analysis and monitoring the energy efficiency indicators of stationary objects of the railway transport, which will identify inefficient structural subdivisions with the use of control actions to reduce irrational consumption of energy resources. Calculation of the relative energy efficiency is one of the stages of this concept. The result is a received charts of the relative energy efficiency of structural subdivisions of the West Siberian railway which allows to make a comparison of this indicator. According to the results of comparison found that 10 of the 65 structural units have a low indicator of relative energy efficiency. This suggests the need for careful study the reasons of the low values of energy efficiency in these structural subdivisions and proposals the measures to eliminate this situation. The method and sequence of these activities proposes into the third and fourth stages of the concept. The establishment and subsequent application of a unified approach to the analysis and monitoring of energy efficiency indicators for all departments will increase the energy efficiency of the territorial branches of JSC "Russian Railways" and the holding company as whole.

    Modeling of processes of composite document managementin cargo and commercial works of the railroadsof the republic of uzbekistan with methods of network planning and management

    In the article presents the network model of processes of planning and the accounting of transportations, and also processes of execution of documentation at freight dispatch in the intra republican message of the railroads of Uzbekistan by means of composite document management. Composite document management provides the movements of documents in paper and in electronic medium, and also their composite decisions. The special the automated system (AS) will support processes of electronic document management and to make the reporting in the automated mode. For mathematical modeling of process of document management in this work it is used methods of network planning and management. It is described characteristics of the offered technology of planning and the accounting of transportations, and also execution of carriage documents at freight dispatch in the intra republican. It is applied, the PERT method for calculation of accidental temporary characteristics of works. Temporary characteristics of events are determined by a method of a critical way. Tables with the sequence of works with the indication of optimistic, probabilistic and pessimistic assessment of duration of performance, and also with results of calculations for determination of average time and dispersion are made. The network schedule of works, in compliance of technology of document management by means of which terms of performance of work are evaluated, entering document management process is made. Durations of critical and noncritical ways are determined. The results received in article confirm efficiency of the offered technology of document management. Use of this technology providing filling of documents electronically and fixing with the digital signature (DS), it is expected to lower expenses of time of consignors and the railroad, to increase productivity of works and quality of the provided services, to create the centralized information base.

    Using models of cognitive maps for wireless sensor network monitoring

    Microminiaturization elements of communication systems contributed to development Internet of Things, which led the expansion of various railway transport services. One of the Internet of Things component`s is the wireless sensor network (WSN). Feature of WSN is a dynamically changing spatial and information network environment. It complicates the adoption of promptly reliable management decisions based on assessments of the states of network elements. One of the directions of making a reliable decision in a complex network environment on the WSN is using cognitive maps in the WSN control nodes. In this article discusses various models of cognitive maps for assessing the states of network elements and network processes, which can also be used for railway transport services.

    About increase of efficiency of use of vibratingrollers in the construction of railway subgrade

    The article presents theoretical studies of the interaction of the compacting machine with the soil of the road bed of the railway embankment. The results of the studies make it possible to establish the parameters of the sealant, which ensure an efficient flow of the compaction process of the ground environment. It is established that the rigidity of the working body of the roller must vary over a wide range. Experimental studies of a new sample of the working body confirmed the possibility of adjusting the rigidity in the required range for the effective use of vibrating rollers in the construction of railroad soil embankments.

    Creating a simulation model of traffic with using multi-agent and discrete-event approaches by the example of the west-siberian railway traffic

    In this article the tasks of simulation of flows on the railways are discussed. The main purpose of this work is to create a new simulation technology such a complex system as the rail network. Scientific novelty consists in the application of a combination of agent-based and discrete-event approaches in a given subject area. During the conducted study the models of behavior of agents were created, the problematic situation was highlighted and discrete-event part of the model was developed for this situation. The main categories of regular and emergency situations are analyzed, a list of situations for modelling are created. Choices for removal emergency situations were discussed, an algorithm for their processing (discrete-event part of the model) was chosen. An illustration of the study is a simulation model of the railway section of the West-Siberian railway with the possibility of rebuilding the train schedule, which depend on the addition of regular or emergency situation. As a result of the simulation, output such as a traffic graph and an information table are generated. There are plans to use new technology for creating model of "transport hub”.
